(Madara has entered chat, brace yourselves-)
————————
It's precisely about a little past 1 a.m. Not only chilly, but way past my bedtime.
I had spent the past 3 hours strolling the school premises, having found the sand siblings and starting up a conversation with them, inquired Rin about her new boyfriend, scroll idly through social media while binging sweets, ran into Zabuza who had a few fading bruises and bandages on him.
After pestering him enough, I found out that it was none other than the big guy, Kisame, who had not only hurt Zabuza, but also himself. I made sure to talk to him about this tomorrow, since I'm too tired to really do anything anymore.
I was settled on the stairs, having a clear view of my dorm from the distance. The guests seemed to be leaving gradually, so I waited.
I waited until it was eerily silent and peaceful before forcing my exhausted body up and strolling towards my dorm, entering it with a soft yawn.
"It's not everyday a pretty girl walks into a random house, how luckyyy~"
I was too tired to glance at who said it, it might've been a remaining guest so I dismissed the remark and waddled my way to my bedroom. Until my wrist was gripped and tugged back harshly.
"Leave her..*hick*.. alone.."
That other voice was familiar, it was of a highly drunk Itachi. Or was it Hidan?
Either way, I opened my eyes with such bitterness to look up at this uncultured soul who couldn't see how obviously tired I am.My dark-eyes widened a bit as I took in this vaguely familiar face. What was it, Madara?
He merely tugged me into him until I naturally tripped over his boots to fall into his lap- something he was hoping to happen.
"Oi! I said.. leave Nao alonneee..~!!"
"Oh, shut it. You're pathetically drunk, and you call yourself a what? Jashinist? I out-drank all the guests and I'm still sober.~" Madara spoke through a smirk, his dark eyes fixated on me as he scanned me down.
"Besides, I deserve a little reward for it.""Fuck you!" Hidan clearly wasn't putting in any effort in whatever he kept saying as I saw him drunkenly leaned over a blacked-out Itachi.
"I'm only kidding!" A hearty laugh emitted from the large man above me, his arm securely wrapped behind my back to keep me from falling off.
"Naoyuki, was it? I'm saving her for somebody else, though. He'll be joining in a few days, she'll be surely to catch his attention. Whaddaya think?"
I could sense the mischief in his tone however before I could bring myself to speak, another wave of exhaustion washed over me, my body suddenly finding comfort and warmth against this Uchiha.
"Hm?" The noise reverberated deeply from within the man as my head slowly slumped into his chest, my eyes falling heavy as sleep soon took over.
(Deidara's POV)
"I bet $20 bucks, they're up here."
"Always placing bets, Kakuzu. If they weren't in the auditorium, obviously they're up here." Kisame chuckled a little, glancing back at Kakuzu.
"Well, what do we have here?" Sasori's calm voice spoke from beside me, our heads turning up into the direction of my home.
A blacked-out Uchiha with Hidan fallen into his lap, the latter helplessly wasted as well.
Kisame scowled as he pulled out a few dollar bills, slapping them into Kakuzu's already extended hand.
Kisame hurried over to his partner, as did Kakuzu.
Sasori sparing me a glance, before sauntering off tiredly into his bedroom. My eyes focused on a specific man; an Uchiha.
A breed of humans I severely loathed. And to top the plain hatred I had for them, Nao was comfortably nestled and asleep in his lap.As if sensing the displeasure radiating from me, Madara's smirk only grew wider as he rested his cheek onto his balled, gloved fist. "Take a picture, it'll last longer."
"Aren't you supposed to leave before sunrise and before the staff finds out how you illegally showed up on school grounds while being banned?"
I watched the Uchiha take a silent breath as he shuffled to set Nao carefully down on the couch as to not wake her up. He stood up with an exhale of air through his nose as he strode towards me.
In just a few steps, not only was he standing right in front of me, towering my height- but his eyes were glowing crimson with the Sharingan suddenly.
His hand heavily came to rest down on my shoulder, face void of any any emotion as he glared at me.
"I suggest you watch your mouth, pretty boy.
You're messing with the wrong Uchiha - somebody who can freely control chakra unlike you low-lifers who depend on some red pills. Somebody who can easily get rid of you without trace. Understand?"That's right, Madara Uchiha was a pure blooded Uchiha. He had free reign over chakra, even if there were sealing tags stamped around. He had gotten banned for brutally murdering a few teachers back in the day, all to brag and impress Hashirama.
I stood still, paralyzed in fury and fear as I stared into the red of his eyes, feeling totally helpless.
"Now..." His face suddenly lit up with the brightest, most casual smile; entire demeanor changing up. "I'll be heading off. Oh, and tell Itachi to keep his composure next time. He's humiliating our name by showing off to drink and blacking out."
Madara's eyes had reverted back to black, giving me a final glance as he put his coat on. The last thing I saw was an invisible smile on his lips as he vanished out the door.
Did he just threaten me? My blood started to boil as to just how entitled Uchiha's feel, ugh!
The dorm was quiet and empty now, Sasori perhaps already resting and Nao out here sleeping.
I clicked my tongue in annoyance and headed to bed.
