EVANGELINE CROSSED HER LEGS, SITTING DOWN IN AN ARM CHAIR. "i'm bored" she said, pouting. "sounds like a you problem." five says shrugging, causing evangeline to roll her eyes. "you're like really rude." she says. five just laughs, "if you were me, you'd be rude too." he says, causing her to shrug. "i guess so, if i were as short as you, i'd be pretty mad." she says laughing. "i'm not short! i'm average! it's not my fault that you're freakishly tall!" five says.
"so, what do you do for fun?" "i kill people." five says, causing evangeline's eyes widen, and her body starts to tense up. "just kidding...?" five says, and quickly changes the conversation. "enough about me, let's talk about you." five says. "well, i have two sisters, one's eight and one's eleven." she says.
"they're names are, julianne and zara." she pauses, but then continues, "they call me evan, because they think my name is too long." she says. "evan, that's cute." five smiles, and evangeline goes wide-eyed. "do not call me that, ever again, you've done so once, and i've told you not too, and next time you call me that, i will kill you." evangeline says, this time, five goes wide eyed. "just kidding! see, when i act like you, it's scary, right?" evangeline laughs and five frowns.
"anywho, my mom only really pays attention to my sisters, but it's probably because they're younger, but she only notices when i do the bad stuff, like say, bad words." evangeline whispers the bad word part. "why are you whispering?" five asked, but she doesn't answer.
"that's about it, other than the fact that, i don't know, sometimes it feels like that i'm just.. invisible." evangeline shrugs, and gets back to being "normal".
"are you okay?" five asks, tapping evangeline's shoulder. "yea, why'd you ask." evangeline asks. "you've been staring at the wall for some time now," he says, and she shrugs again.
"i'm fine, don't worry."
