Chapter 10

"Please don't do this Jeff. Please. I don't want this. I'm begging you, don't do this." I say as tears start slipping from my eyes.

As much as I hated the physical abuse, I hated the rape more.

"Too late. I was going to be nice and tease you some for teasing me. Now I'm just going to give it to you rough and hard." he says grabbing my hair and pulling me up.

I groan in pain trying to free my hair, but ultimately going with him as to not have it ripped out. He takes me towards the bathroom sink, letting my hair go and grabbing both my wrists and pinning them behind my back and bending me over the counter, my chest pushed hard against the cold surface. I keep my eyes on the counter to avoid looking in the mirror and watching as the monster begins his horrifying mission. He continues holding my wrists down with one hand and uses the other to push my dress up and push my thong to the side before shoving inserting a finger roughly inside of me. I let out a small scream at the slight sting.

"So tight, not wet but I'm sure we can change that." he whispers in my ear as tears slide down my cheeks.

He pulls his finger out and goes to wet it in his mouth when he quickly freezes at the sound of my sister's voice.

"Lina are you in there? Why is the door locked?" I hear Annie's voice say as she knocks on it from the outside.

"Tell her to leave." Jeff demands me quietly.

"HELP" I scream and as soon as it leaves my mouth, I feel as Jeff grabs my hair tightly and before I can process what's happening, I quickly get my head tugged back a bit before he slams it back down towards the counter and everything goes black.

I open my eyes to someone slightly shaking me and yelling my name.

"Lena! Milena! Come on! Wake up!" I hear Beth's soft but panicked voice yell.

"B-B-e-th" I murmur as my eyes struggle to open.

"That's right I'm here, do you know where you are?" she asks me.

"I um... one second." I say as I finally open my eyes completely and wait for my vision to focus.

Once it focuses I see a gray ceiling and Beth and Annie and someone else leaning over me. I sit up and look around and notice I'm in a random bathroom. Then it all comes rushing back to me. Going to the club, going to the bathroom, Jeff. Oh god. Jeff.

"Oh my god." I say letting out a sob.

"Shh it's okay were here." Beth says hugging me tightly.

"Jeff...Jeff was going to rape me..." I sob.

"Oh my god it was Jeff!" Annie shrieks.

"STAN! STAN!" I hear Ruby yell.

"What happened? Is she awake?" I hear Stan's voice say.

"Yes, she just did, she said it was Jeff. He tried to rape her." Ruby cries.

"Let me talk to her." he says.

I hear footsteps and look over to see Ruby and Stan now in view and Annie moves out of the way while Stan comes over and kneels next to me.

"Lena, I need you to tell me everything that happened." he says and I nod my head.

I tell exactly how everything went down and he writes it all down.

"Did you see him leave?" he asks.

"No, after i screamed for help he slammed my head into the counter and everything was black after that" I reply.

"We think he went out the bathroom window. Was it open when you came in?" he asks and I sit back and think about it.

"No, it wasn't." I say.

"Okay that's a good sign we are on the right path. Listen were going to get the security footage and go through it and that should be able to prove everything and we can lock this guy back up and for a much longer time, this time around." he says and i give a small smile.

"Thank you." I whisper and he nods.

"Is she able to get a 24 hour watch now?" Beth asks.

"I can't see why not but I will have to go double check with the chief before I can say for sure. I can come let you know in a few minutes." he says getting up.

"Thank you." Beth says and he nods before walking out.

"Do you want to stay with me tonight?" Annie asks.

"Yes please." I say and she pulls me in a hug.

"I'm sorry I didn't go to the bathroom with you, I should have known better." she says.

"It's not your fault Annie, I told you I could do it myself." I say.

"But this wouldn't have happened if I had of been there." she says.

"Maybe not and maybe it would have anyway. The important part is that if you hadn't come when you did, he would have raped me but I didn't have to go through it this time and I'm so grateful for that." I say and I see tears rolling down her cheeks.

"I love you." she says and I hug her tight.

"I love you to Annie." I say.
