"Would you get your nose out of that book and come down for dinner. Mikes called you at least 5 times." My older brother Liam moaned at me.

"Sorry." I mumbled placing my book mark in the book and following him down to the table.

I sat down between him and Tee and started eating dinner but I wasn't really hungry. Since I was late coming down it wasn't long before dinner was finished and I returned to my room to continue reading. It was my favourite thing to do.

"Teagen, Teags" My brother called my name from the doorway but I chose to ignore him since I knew what he was going to ask.

"Belle!" He said louder this time using my nickname to get my attention.

"Fine, What?" I ask

"Are you ok? You seem especially fixated on your books and you barely ate anything at dinner." He asks.

"Just not feeling well, I just need some sleep." I lie shutting my book and going to lay on my bed.

"Alright, I'll come check on you later." he says leaving my room.

Liam has always tried to look after me since we found each other. He was left on the steps of a church as a baby and then 2 years later the same happened to me but it wasn't until he was ten and I was eight that we found each other. He tries to be supportive but he's always busy doing his own thing.

Liam left my room and I went back over to my beanbag and continued reading my book. Reading Is my favourite thing to do, it lets me escape to world which is much better than the one that I am currently in.

I liked the dumping ground on a whole but since I was so 'in my own word' as Mike liked to call it meant that I was an easy target to pick on. To them I was odd and that's all the was needed. It didn't bother me though, I just kept myself hidden away in my room and if they did start Liam would usually shut it down pretty quickly.

A/N - Short introductory chapter but I hope you all like it xx
