"You may."

----

They both stepped their way onto the ballroom floor. They stood face to face as they waited for the music to start up again. Sebastian placed his hand on Nathan's waist and pulled him closer. Nathan breath hitched as he stood there face to face with the heir to the throne. This was far beyond his wildest dreams. Nothing could destroy this moment whatsoever. The music started up and so the couple swayed to the beat. They turned around and faced eachother again.
"They're all looking at you." Nathan breathed out.
"Believe me," Sebastian smiled as they stepped from side to side. "They're all looking at you."
Nathan blushed even more. The couple moved in sync from side to side in the centre of the circle. Sebastian twirled Nathan around and pulled him closer. This was far beyond Nathan wanted. All he wanted to meet the stranger he met in the town but that 'stranger' ended up being the prince. Nathan and Sebastian spun around within the circle so much, the crowd moved back a bit to give the pair more room. Everyone in the room was watching them in the middle as they moved along to the music. As the song faded out, Sebastian pulled Nathan even closer to where their noses were almost touching. Nathan's heart was racing faster than anything known at that moment. Sebastian wanted to pull him in and kiss him but in front of the whole crowd wouldn't be best for anyone so he removed his hands from Nathan's waist and bowed. Nathan hesitantly bowed back. All of the people who were watching were filled with glee. Well, nearly all of them. Three people who stood in the back were angry. The most of them was Lord Tremaine.
"Who is that?" Nykko spat.
"Am I supposed to know?" Immanuel whispered loudly. As the music started up again Lord Tremaine pushed the boys.
"What are you doing here?" Lord Tremaine scolded. "Go get a dance with the prince!"
"But no one has asked us to dance yet." Lord Tremaine let out a deep breath and tapped two ladies in poofy gowns.
"Hello, ladies. May I introduce you to my sons, Immanuel and Nykko." Now with new dance partners, the two of them made their way onto the ballroom floor but it was too late. By that time the prince and the unknown boy he was with had left for another location.
----
"And this." Sebastian opened a grand door that led to outside. "Is the royal flower garden." The whole place was covered in flowers and greenery.
"Wow." Nathan breathed. He'd already seen the whole castle but this place was definitely his favourite, next to the royal library.
"Want to go on the swing?" Sebastian asked.
"Do I? I don't even think that's a question, your highness." Nathan dashed for the wooden swing and sat on it. As old as it looked, it was sturdy enough to hold him.
"Ready?" Sebastian whispered, pulling the swing a little closer to himself so Nathan could go further.  He nodded with glee. Sebastian started pushing Nathan a little. Realising that this was not enough for him, he pushed on Nathan's back a little more, sending him further into the air. The crisp night air blew through Nathan's brown hair. This moment was possibly more enjoyable than the dance they shared earlier on. Getting to carried away, Nathan's hand got caught on a branch. His glove fell to the floor at his feet. Sebastian knelt down to pick it up as Nathan stopped the swing.
"Silk." Sebastian whispered to himself. He held Nathan's hand and placed the glove back on. "Where did you get these?" He looked up at Nathan who was looking at the night sky.
"They're were my father's. My mother made them for him." He smiled to himself and looked back at Sebastian. They stared at eachother for a while. Without even realising, their faces were so close, Nathan could feel Sebastian's breath on his face. If only they were here forever. If only time would stop. If only-
"Wait! What's the time?" Nathan shot up. He had completely forgotten about the time.
"I-I don't know..." Sebastian sighed out. Nathan looked at the large clock in the distance. He couldn't believe what it read. 11:55.
