"Lord Tremaine will be here tomorrow at noon. Look your best. Don't disgrace us."

..........

The sun shone through the window, signifying a new day. Nathan didn't want to get out of bed but eventually did since getting out of bed any later would mean being late. He lazily rolled out of bed and stretched out. Nathan decided to open the windows, thinking it would wake him up. The birds swooped low and greeted Nathan.

"And good morning to you too," Nathan giggled. Nathan leaned at the window and looked at the castle from the distance.

"Wouldn't it be grand if I could live in the castle? I'm guessing you've been there many times," Nathan sang as he twirled around, singing to himself.

"Maybe... just maybe... If I keep putting my heart to it, my dreams will come true," Nathan whispered to himself. "But if they are to come true, I should get ready for my new family to come."

"Hey, Oscar?" Nathan asked. He was now fully dressed in his best attire and was now combing his hair.

"Yes, sir?" Oscar replied.

"Would you marry the Prince if you could?" Oscar stared deep and hard at Nathan. "I'm just saying, everyone in the country is fighting for the prince, if you were chosen, would you marry him?"

"Not really, I've heard many rumours that digusts everyone but maybe if I could I would." Nathan thought long and thoughtfully about the rumours. 'What rumours? What does Oscar mean by it disgusting everyone? How come I don't know?' He thought almost too hard that he didn't notice the whinnying and clip-clops of horses approaching the door. 'Here goes nothing' Nathan says to himself.

Nathan was stood at the door of his house. 'New siblings. New company. New... dad.' Nathan secretly didn't want to do this, if anything, he might've preferred to die on the spot than meet new people who would become his family in less than two months. It wasn't what he wanted. The horses stopped and neighed as the door of the carriage opened and out he came. He wasn't like the way Nathan thought he would look like. He wasn't soft and easy-going, he looked harsh and sinister but who was Nathan to judge a book by it's cover. Then the other two came out.

"Man," one stretched. "That was a really long journey, wasn't it?" This one was short and stout with short brown hair while the other one had black hair and was slightly taller . He only rolled his eyes at his brother's remark. He turned his head to Nathan and stared a little.

"Are you... are you our new brother?" He squinted.

"I...er...yes. Yes I am."
