HEY GUYS! So I've decided to go a different way with this story. I'm not going to change anything that's happened before, but it's not going to be The Bad Boy Or The Quarterback anymore.
I do hope you continue to read, even though it'll be changing a little bit.
Alright I hope you guys enjoy this next chapter! :)
If there are any mistakes I do apologize :)

"Wanna hang out later?"
Caden looks up at me, surprised at my sudden outburst, "Uh sure. What did you have in mind?" I just shrug and give him a bright smile, "We can figure it out later!" He smiles and nods in response.
A loud bang makes me almost fall out of my seat. When I look around, I notice Mason isn't in his seat anymore and I smirk to myself. I guess it worked.
Caden and I spend most of the class talking about things we could do tonight and I realize that I really did want to hang with him, but I don't know if I like him more than a friend. And the longer I thought about it, the more guilty I felt. I'll tell him when we hangout later. I don't want to lead him on.
My mind wanders back to Mason. I didn't even let Mason explain himself, but why else would he be so close to Bethany? I know they've hooked up before, so what would stop him from doing it again?
The bell signaling class was over rings and it interrupts my thoughts about Mason. "Hey Cora, I'll see you later, alright?" I hear Caden ask and I nod, giving him a small smile. We leave class and head off in different directions.
The rest of the day goes by slowly and the whole time I thought about Mason. When lunchtime rolls around I head into the cafeteria to meet my friends. I skip the line, not really in the mood to eat.
Chloe and Bryce stare at me with wide eyes, "Y-you're not eating?" Bryce asks me quietly. I just shake my head and shrug, "Not really hungry." I hear a gasp from behind me and Derrick slams his tray on the table, "You? Not hungry? Are you sick?" I roll my eyes at his questions and mumble," No, I'm just not in the mood."
Chloe scrunches up her nose and eyes me warily, "Did something happen today?" I give them all a sad smile and explain what happened with Mason, and by the end of it I realize how messed up this whole situation is. Chloe seems to feel the same way because she gives me a glare.
"Did you even ask him what happened?" She snaps at me. I flinch slightly and am about to answer when the doors to the lunchroom slam open. Everyone's head snap towards the doors and in walks an annoyed Mason with Bethany clinging to his arm.
Mason's eyes meet mine and he gives me a cold glare, pulling Bethany towards their table. I don't even look at my friends as I gather my stuff up and rush out of the room. I make it to the bathroom just as the tears start to fall. Why am I crying over this boy? I was stupid enough to believe he actually cared.
I hear the bathroom door open and I know it's Chloe. She stops in front of the stall and knocks quietly, "Cora, are you okay?" I sniffle and open the door, instantly falling into her arms. We sit there for awhile, her hugging me and rubbing my hair while I cry.
Once I calm down I move next to her, leaning my back against the wall. "Am I stupid?" I ask her. She shakes her head, "Of course not, Cora! Why would you even ask that?" I give a small chuckle and mumble, "For thinking Mason Woods actually gave a damn about me." She gives me a sad smile and stands up, "Cora, I'll be right back. There's something I need to do," and then she angrily stomps out of the bathroom. Oh no...what is she going to do?
