I opened my eyes as I had just fell in my dream. I dreamt I was flying but suddenly, I couldn't. Like I was robbed of my abilities.
I looked around. My eyes widened as I saw an IV connected to me and that I was in a hospital room. But why was no one here? I sat up and pushed the nurse's button.
Soon, a nurse and two doctors arrived. One of the doctors was Dr. Kokot. The other doctor, along with the nurse, checked my vitals. Once they said I was fine and just passed out because of dehydration. They left and Dr. Kokot stayed. "What do you remember?"
Huh? I looked up at him. That's weird. Why can't I remember what happened recently? I remember staying at school and following someone but who were they and why was I following them? "Just staying at school. I guess that is where I passed out."
I could see he was trying to stop a sigh. Why? "Miss Krawiec, you were found passed out in your home, not your school. I'm going to prescribe new pills for you, one that doesn't have many side-effects. I hope you take them regularly. I'll be going."
He left. And all I had was questions no one had the answer to.
