The smell of wood, and aroma of freshly baked pastries, the hint of coffee and tea and the homely atmosphere in this warm, cozy cafe just down the street where the hotel was located. This morning, Lena thought to have a change in her breakfast routine. The usual breakfast buffet supplied every morning at the hotel was enough to make her twice the size as she was after returning.
She made sure to notify her fellow colleagues before heading out and settling herself within a window-corner seat of this convenient cafe named 'Amor'. While surfing social media on her phone and being lost in her mind, she did not notice a man walk in as a bell chimed and sat right in front of her.
Looking up, she saw none other than Jeon Jungkook who had just casually joined her on her morning.
"Good morning Noona!" He exclaimed quite cheerily.
"Good morning Kookie. How'd you know I was here?" She replied gently smiling.
"One of the makeup Noona's told me when I asked where you were" His famous bunny smile on full display making Lena's heart beat.
'Cute~' She mentally cooed.
With no more questions to ask, the two chatted away on various topics while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea and occasionally a piece of pastry or cake. Jungkook has informed Lena that Yoongi, Namjoon and Hoseok were cooped in their room working on most likely their new album.
'They're such hard workers even on their vacation week. Take a rest!' Lena shook her head as she scolded them in her mind.
Taehyung and Jimin were spending the day sightseeing the area of Japan they stayed in, going to various places, taking pictures and enjoying their day.
'Thank goodness they've made up' Lena mentally sighed in relief.
Jin had gone to visit restaurants with Bang PD-nim and enjoying the day being gourmets.
'Typical Jin...' Lena mentally sighed and shook her head.
After conversing for what felt like hours, a comfortable silence enveloped the two as Jungkook had gone on his phone, most likely texting his members while Lena had started reading a fantasy book she bought with her.
Jungkook turned his phone off before pushing it inside the pocket of his jacket and looked up to see Lena engaged within her book. Strands of loose hair covered parts of her face and landing on her shoulder. The morning light gently illuminated her face making her sharp eyes look gentle and accentuating her button nose and petite lips.
Jungkook was enchanted by Lena's beauty as he was too caught up to see her look up from her book and look at him quizzically, head tilted to the side cutely - one of her many cute habits.
