"What do you mean she resigned!"
PD Bang sighed exasperated as he repeated himself for umteenth time as the boys shouted.
"Last night, Lee Lena came to my office and gave me a letter of resignation. Although it was unexpected and shocking, I couldn't say anything against it so I accepted and she went off on her merry way. End of story"
"But- but... how could she?" Taehyung questioned to no one in particular.
"What happened? Did we do something wrong?" Jungkook whispered sadly.
PD Bang sighed once again before speaking.
"Look boys, I know you all liked her but she resigned. Luckily, we have a new choreographer who'll come in early tomorrow before the day of your last concert"
The seven boys looked down at their feet disheartened. Their only Lena Noona left them in a blink of an eye without a word or clue leaving only the earring gifts she gave them yesterday. They were wearing the earring even now, at first because they loved it but now... a reminder of her.
Their beloved.
"Also, Lena-ah told me to tell you boys to not look for her. She wishes to return to her hometown for the next few days undisturbed" PD Bang continued.
And with that, PD Bang shooed them out of his office and told them to get some rest before their practice the next day.

The scene looked like it came straight out of hell.
The atmosphere and mood all seven of the boys gave off was worse than depression. It was like the embodiment of darkness was hanging off their backs.
They all lounged around the living room of their Dorm either on their phones, watching TV or napping. As their thoughts were on her, each one of them unconsciously started fiddling with their earring. The one dangling earring they have on one of their ears.
The one that reminded them of her.

Meanwhile, the young woman had just stepped off the train and was greeted by a rural scenery. It was as if she just stopped in the middle of the forest as tall, dark green trees inhibited the view. There was a path however, a path made of gravel leading to the town. The young woman's hometown.
She walked down the path until reaching a fork in the road. One leads straight directly to the town. The other makes her take a left turn deep, further into the woods. The woman took the turn.
The sunlight that was hitting directly in her eyes, making her blue and grey eyes sparkle was covered by the thick branches of green leaves. Lena breathes in the fresh air of nature and giggles as she passes a litter of bunnies playing around by the pathway.
