August 19th 2021
It's been a year since Lena had awoken from her dream-like state in coma. After her release from the hospital, she had returned to her apartment in Seoul and surprisingly had found a job as a dance instructor at a studio nearby.
The pay was good, the travel distance wasn't too far and moreover, Lena absolutely enjoyed her job. Life took a huge positive turn for her.
She was still into BTS. Of course. How could she not? But now whenever she looks at a certain man, her heart thumps wildly and her head begins to throb in pain like something is trying to knock down an invisible wall inside her mind.
One certain man with plump lips, a cute eye smile and an angel's dance skills. Her attention always goes to him when he's on screen or even mentioned just a little.
She realised she was helplessly in love with a man too far out of her reach.

Lena had opened up her own dance studio not too long ago but business was booming. She was busy day in and day out, organising classes, filling out the last documents and being an instructor herself when staff was low.
Today was her long awaited and well earned break day. A day off. A day to rest. And so, Lena had decided not to do much but head down to the new cafe that had opened recently with overwhelming reviews on the view and scenery.
When Lena had arrived it was sunset. The sky was a combination of reds, oranges, yellows and pinks. She was taken to the outside area where it overlooked the city and a magnificent view of the sunset. Taking a seat, a waiter came up to her, took her simple order of a slice of cake and a cup of earl grey tea and came back. Then, moments later, the waiter came back just as she took a bite of her strawberry short cake.
"Excuse me miss, is it OK if another customer shared the table with you? We are quite full at the moment" the waiter politely asked.
"Yes, I don't mind" Lena replied.
Soon after, the waiter came back with a man wearing a mask and black cap. The man politely took a seat and introduced himself.
"Excuse me. Hello, I'm Jimin" his voice was slightly muffled from the mask but Lena could make out what he was saying.
"I'm Lena" she replied.
Jimin goes to shake hands and Lena followed suit. As their hands touched, a sudden shock went through the both of them. It was as if a quick shock of electricity ran through them to break down the wall in their memories. Flashes and visions of the events that occurred in the past ran through their minds.
"Lena...?" Jimin whispered as if he could not believe his own eyes, taking off his mask completely.
"Jimin..." Lena's voice went soft before she choked a sob and covered her now tear stained face with both of her hands.
Jimin came out of utter shock to see Lena crying. He took her hands out of her face and overlapped one hand with his, lacing their fingers together. Leaning in a bit, he softly whispered an "I love you", causing Lena to smile uncontrollably.

10 years later.
Lena and Jimin started going out as a couple after their first meeting. The rest of the boys were shocked to see a few scandal sections in the news as they were not being to careful and a few photographers caught a few shots.
It was when Lena had came over to Jimin's private apartment he had bought to be away from the boys and spend time with Lena. It was his birthday and Lena wanted to spend time with him, cooking dinner for him and watching a romance movie together on the couch cuddling, despite their busy schedules. Just as they both were about to get in the car Jimin brought Lena in for a kiss, thanking her for the wonderful time and whispering a soft "I love you", a camera shot was taken.
The man who was holding an expensive looking camera ran away as fast as the wind the moment the couple turned around to see who it was. Lena had her arm awkwardly reaching out in the air while Jimin was just stone shocked, not moving for a while.
Jimin sighed before Lena spoke.
"I'm sorry babe. It's because I insisted to come over and cook that this happened" she solemnly said.
Jimin cooed at Lena's slightly pouted face before kissing her cheek and then peppering her face with kisses and whispering that it was OK, that he had a plan.
A few days later, the couple were on the TV screen showing their engagement rings.
