Chapter 3- The Concert

3 days later
It's finally Friday. It's here. The Billie concert. And the last day of Junior year. The last day of school dragged on as it does when you have something awaiting you at the end of the day.
After school Josie headed over to my house and we got ready.
Josie had on a cute crop top, loose fitting pants, chunky sneakers and a blohsh beanie. I was still trying to figure out what to wear.
"Okay...how 'bout this one?" I asked coming out with my fifth outfit I've tried.
"Oooo. I really like this one!"
"Me too. This is definitely it."
After I finished my hair and makeup, I posted to my Instagram story:

I grabbed a blohsh hoodie from my closet and headed out the door.
"Bye C. Love you!"
"Bye Z, have fun, text me when you get there!"

Once we got in the car we both set up our cameras and started vlogging, I went first:
"Hey guys! What's up? Today Josie and I are headed to Billie Eilishs concert. I'm super pumped plus we get to meet her which is crazy. I'm gonna start driving so I'll see you when I get there!"
I pulled out and Josie started her vlog:
"Hi you guys, what's good? Exciting day for Za and I, she won Billie Eilish tickets so we are headed there right now. I'm beyond happy and can't wait to meet her."
Josie then turned on the radio and started playing Billies album. We both screamed along into her camera laughing and messing around.
When we got there, I texted my sister. Then we headed to the venue. I could feel my heart pounding. Josie was skipping around, I could tell she didn't want to be anywhere else but here.
"Alright everyone tickets please.", a man said at the door.
Me and Josie handed him our tickets. He scanned them and then gave us our special VIP passes.
"Head over to the right and through those doors and wait please."
Josie and I smile and walked over. We still had to wait about ten minutes so we pulled out our cameras.
"Okay so we are in line right now waiting to meet Billie", said Josie.
"Guys I'm so excited! 5 minutes till we meet Billie!"
We continued vlogging for a few more minutes till it was time to meet Billie.
She walked passed us, and I got more excited than I was before.
We impatiently waited in line, there was about 10 people ahead of us. Josie asked me to film her when she met Billie and she said she would do the same for me.
Billie gave Josie a hug, talked for a few minutes and they took a cute picture, then it was my turn. My heart was pounding. This my idol. My favorite artist ever.
"Oh my gosh hi.", I said as I hugged her.
Her hug felt so natural. I just wanted to stay in her embrace forever.
"Bro nice sweatshirt.", she laughed, pulling away from the hug.
As we pulled away, we locked eyes. God her eyes are beautiful, they're ocean eyes. Blue. Perfect.
We talked for a few more minutes, snapped a picture and said goodbye.
This is gonna be a good night.

We had seats pretty close to the stage. The lights began to dim and everyone screamed. Finneas stepped on and sang some of his songs. We screamed and sang along. Then it was Billies turn. The iconic WII music started playing, Billie stepped out and started dancing. We all were jumping around and screaming.
She sang some of my favorite songs like My Boy, and watch. The concert was coming to an end, which is not what I wanted.
"How you guys doin'", she yelled into the mic.
We all responded back by screaming.
"Alright. To close out tonight, I am gonna sing the song that started it all..."
I looked at Josie and we immediately knew what song it was.
"Ahhh ah ahhh", we all sang along.
"I've been watching you for sometime, can't stop staring at those ocean eyes."
As she sang, she was looking around. Then she looked at me. We locked eyes. My whole world stopped. She kept singing.
"No fair. You really know how to make me cry when you give me those ocean eyes."
I looked down at the ground and back up but she was stilling staring at me. I felt my face go flush.
She finished the song and said her goodbye. We screamed one last time as she exited. I was so sad it was over, I would do anything to do it over again.

Josie and I headed home and she slept the night at my house. Before we went to bed we did some editing and posted some pics on our Instagram:
