CHAPTER NINETEEN

Woozi scampered through the forest, determined to escape his father and not apologise to the cat boy.

Just the thought of the stupid cat boy put Woozi in a bad mood. He was so annoying. Sure, he'd never actually done anything to Woozi, but he was still annoying. His very existence annoyed Woozi, for no particular reason.

"Gotcha!" Woozi was suddenly picked up by the fur at the back of his neck. He yelped in surprise, not expecting someone to grab him. "Now, go apologise to Jeonghan. Properly this time."

Woozi growled at Yoongi, feeling particularly disobedient today. Yoongi stared at him, attempting to stare him down.

It didn't work.

Woozi struggled from Yoongi's grasp, trying to take him off guard by turning into a human. Now with the sudden lack of fur, Woozi dropped from Yoongi's grasp. He attempted to run but Yoongi grabbed him again, hugging him to his chest.

"Hold it right there, Gumiho." Yoongi spun around, coming face to face with Jongin. Woozi dangled from his arms, now deciding he didn't want to run away.

"Hey, I know you!" Yoongi exclaimed, pointing at Jongin and making him frown. He kept one arm securely around Woozi. "You're that kid!"

"Wait, what kid?" Jongin asked, confused as to how a Gumiho he didn't recognise knew him. It was very rare for a Gumiho to recognise him as he never let one escape. If one knew him, it was generally a very clever one who'd disguised itself as a human.

"You're the kid who I didn't eat." Jongin's eyes widened and he pointed at Yoongi.

"You're the Gumiho who ate my parents!" He exclaimed. "Oh, you are so going to get it. You don't know how long I've waited to get my revenge."

"Wait." Jongin paused, while Yoongi frowned. "You can't revenge a revenge."

"Huh?" Woozi grew a bit bored of all of this, because his attention span was low, and began to squirm in Yoongi's arms.

"Well, I ate your parents because their great great great - however many great - grandparents killed my parents. So, if you get revenge, that makes it revenging for a revenge."

"Yeah, but the people who killed your parents were probably killing them as revenge for all the people who your parents killed." Jongin pointed out. Yoongi adjusted Woozi in his arms. "So technically, you were the one revenging a revenge."

"Which means you're revenging a revenge of a revenge, and that's even worse." There was silence as the pair stared at each other, Yoongi smiling triumphantly while Jongin was just really confused.

A crow cawed and then landed on Jongin's shoulder.

"Hi Kyungsoo." Yoongi said, and the bird chirped at him. "You agree with me, right?" Kyungsoo squawked. "See?"

"It's a bird, it can't speak or form opinions." Jongin said, attempting to push the bird off his shoulder. The bird hopped off and hovered near his shoulder.

Jongin then felt a pair of arms around him, and someone whispering in his ear.

"This one can..." Yoongi chuckled as Jongin's eyes widened. "And my opinion is that I've just found my new toy."

"Get offa me!" Jongin yelled, attempting to push Kyungsoo away. Kyungsoo chuckled and stepped away, his tail flicking from side to side.

Unlike most shapeshifters, Kyungsoo was fully-clothed when he shifted. This was because he was a demon, and his shifting was more based off magic rather than nature. Unlike Namjoon, Kyungsoo supported the negative stereotypes of his race, and attempted to strengthen them at every chance he got.
That meant his normal look was a very stereotypical demon, horns and all.

Occasionally, when Seokjin was a bit busy, Yoongi and Kyungsoo would go out and eat together.

"Come on, pet, let's go back to my place..." Kyungsoo winked at Jongin, who glared at him.

"Get away from me, demon."

Yoongi decided to use Jongin's distraction to his advantage and slowly walked off. Woozi climbed down and walked next to him, holding his hand.

"Will Uncle Kyung hurt that person?" He asked, looking up at Yoongi.

"Probably." Yoongi chuckled, looking down at Woozi. "But he'll enjoy it."

Jungkook and Yoongi were catching up on all the kisses they'd missed while Woozi was asleep. This time, they'd made sure Woozi was completely out of it before starting.

Yoongi pulled Jungkook's shirt up over his head before resuming their kissing. He kissed Jungkook's jaw, his hands running across Jungkook's chest. Jungkook had his hand in Yoongi's hair, keeping him close.

"APPA!" Yoongi sighed, pulling away from Jungkook. "APPA!"

"We need to get a babysitter..."
