100 DAYS ( YOONKOOK )

CHAPTER TWELVE

Jungkook waited until Yoongi got dressed after changing back before leaning up and kissing him. Yoongi immediately kissed back, placing his hand on the back of Jungkook's neck to make it deeper.

Jungkook moved his body closer to Yoongi's, and Yoongi was beginning to wonder whether he should have even bothered getting dressed or not.

But then there was a loud scream echoing through the forest and the pair pulled away, looking in the direction of the scream. Yoongi's ears perked up, recognising the scream as belonging to a human.

"There's a human in the forest..." He muttered, frowning slightly. "Why would a human be in the forest?"

"I don't know but we have to go save them." Jungkook said, grabbing Yoongi's hand and dragging him off towards the screams. Yoongi sighed.

"Do we have to?" Jungkook frowned at Yoongi, nodding.

"Yes, yes we do."

"You're stronger, you can go swimming." Jungkook said when they reached the lake, realising Taehyung had found another victim. Yoongi sighed, stripping his shirt off before running into the water. He made a noise when the cold water hit him but dived in anyway.

A few moments later he reemerged, carrying an unconscious boy under his arms. He walked up to Jungkook and essentially dumped the body on the ground, staring at it.

"If he dies, I want to eat his heart." He said, earning a frown from Jungkook. Jungkook then looked at the body and gasped.

"Jimin hyung!" Yoongi frowned as Jungkook began to give the boy mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, feeling a little jealous. He was also frowning because Jungkook seemed to know this human.

Yoongi heard someone walk up next to him and looked over, seeing Taehyung. Taehyung was staring at the unconscious boy.

"He wouldn't come with me..." He said, pointing at Jimin.

"I wonder why..." Yoongi rolled his eyes. Jimin's eyes shot open as he began coughing, water spluttering from his mouth. Jungkook pat his back as he sat up, watching in concern.

"Jungkook!" Jimin said in between coughs. "That guy tried to kill me!"

"He's a mul gwishi. It's what he does." Jungkook said as if this was no big deal. Jimin just stared wide-eyed at them all, shaking his head.

"Is this some kind of prank??" He exclaimed, making Yoongi sigh.

"Yes, we decided for a prank we'd try and drown you. Because, you know, it's not a prank unless someone dies."

"Jungkook?" Jimin looked at Jungkook, feeling extremely confused at the moment. "Why did you do this to me?"

"I didn't! I didn't even realise you'd followed me!" Jungkook exclaimed. "But I can assure you, this isn't a prank." Jimin began to shake his head.

"No, you're just lying. This can't be true..." Yoongi sighed, rubbing his eyes with his thumb and forefinger.

"Taehyung, just show him." He said. Taehyung looked at him and nodded.

The next second, Taehyung was crouching in front of Jimin, his face extremely close to Jimin's.

"I'm sorry, but apparently this is the only way." Taehyung said before closing the distance between their lips. Jimin's eyes widened as a pair of cold, wet lips pressed against his, water running between their mouths.

And then everything went black.

When Jimin woke, he was at the lake again, but it wasn't the same. He was being dragged towards it by two kids a lot stronger than him, who were closely followed by a large group.

"Come on, Taehyung, let's go for a swim." One of the boys said. Jimin looked up in fright, having no control over his body. Against his own will, he responded.

"P-Please, not again. It's really cold..." The boys just chuckled, and forced Jimin into the water. Jimin attempted to struggle, but the boys were just too strong.

The boys pushed Jimin, making him fall into the water. He tried to get back up but someone grabbed on to his hair and roughly pushed his head down. The icy water surrounded him, knocking the air out of his lungs.

The boy holding his hair pulled it, bringing his face back out of the water.

"How's the water, Taehyung?" Jimin wanted to tell the boy his name wasn't Taehyung, but he couldn't seem to be able to do anything. It was like something else was controlling him.

"Please... I won't do it again.." Jimin sobbed.

"Yes, you won't do it again, not after we've taught you a lesson." Jimin didn't even know what he'd done, but apparently it was enough to warrant shoving his head under water again.

Jimin couldn't breath and it didn't seem like the boys were going to let him breath again any time soon. His lungs were burning, and he could faintly hear the boys' laughter through the water.

Black spots began to cover Jimin's vision, and he was growing weaker by the second. His hand slipped, making him fall deeper under the water. He tried to regain his balance but he just didn't have the strength.

Jimin gasped, his lungs giving up on trying not to breath, and swallowed a large amount of the freezing water. His head reemerged for a split second, allowing him one gasp of air before going back under again.

Jimin felt his body grow limp as his vision grew black. He felt himself losing consciousness, and he saw his small and pathetic life flash before his eyes.

Except, it wasn't his life. It was someone else's. Someone who seemed to not be able to go through a day without being attacked by someone, someone who didn't seem to have any friends.

Jimin's last thoughts before he lost consciousness weren't of sadness, but of happiness. Because, finally, he'd escaped them all. Now he would go through the day in pain.

Now he was free...
