After Ruby left y/n looked down at her phone Latrelle had texted her to meet him at park. She thought for a second if she went and the guys saw her they would be mad but then again it was her life so she texted him
"Fine I'll be there in 20"
Latrelle looked around maybe she wasn't going to come. He thought as he looked around
"Hey I'm sorry I'm late Ruby found me and asked me where I was going and" Latrelle stopped her
"Don't it's fine babe" He said hanging her the flowers he had brought
"I know you don't like me but I'm trying to change for you Y/n" he took her hand
"Are you really trying to change or are you just trying to smash?" She questioned him. He chuckled
"Trust me if I was trying to smash I would have done it a long time ago, but I'm really trying to be a better person Y/n and I want you to help me"

"Hey where have you been?" Monse said Y/n hasn't been over at her house for the past week and she did feel bad but Latrelle was trying to change
"I've been helping my dad with stuff sorry but I'm all ears so what's up?" But before Monse could get a word out Ruby dragged Y/n out of her room
