Walking back into camp Andrea was giving me a death glare. I looked at her and smiled. She was so jealous. I loved it. I saw Lori folding laundry and walked over to help her with it. "Hey Lori. Want some help?" "Hey Sara. Sure if you'd like to help that'd be great!" She said with a smile. I smiled back and started folding some things. "So I see you and Shane are having quite a bit of fun lately." She chuckled and I smiled. "Yeah you could say that." I said as I folded a pair of jeans. "Just be careful. Andrea is crazy. She wouldn't hesitate to kill someone" she warned. "Oh I've already had a little happening with her. Kinda hoping she'll leave me alone so I don't have to hurt her again." I giggled to myself. Lori laughed along with me.
Just then Lori's husband Rick walked past us, giving Lori a dirty look. "What was that about?" I asked Lori curiously. "Oh" she said as she paired socks "it's nothing." It was pretty obvious that she was hiding something but I wasn't gonna pry. I put my hand on her shoulder and gave her a smile. She gave one back even though it was fake. We finished with the laundry and I went back to my tent.
Suddenly I heard a piercing scream. I immediately ran over to where I heard the voice and saw a walker taking a bite out of Carl. I ran over and stabbed the walker in the head with my knife. "LORI!" I screamed as I tried to calm Carl down. "LORI! RICK! SOMEONE HELP!" I started crying as I tried to comfort Carl, who was also crying. "I'm gonna die. This is the end for me." Carl cried. I sobbed, knowing it was true. He was just a kid...it isn't fair that he has to die like this.
Finally I caught sight of Rick and Lori running over to us with tears in their eyes. "Carl no!" Rick yelled. "No no no no no!" He continued screaming. Lori stood there with her hand over her mouth. She was in shock. Rick grabbed Carl from my arms and cradled him in his own. "No. My son." Rick sobbed. I felt so bad knowing there wasn't anything we could do to save him.
