It's been a few weeks since me and Lori had that talk. Our friendship is stronger than ever. She told Rick that she's pregnant and he took it surprisingly well, even with knowing it belongs to Shane. Rick even decided to stay with her and be by her side through it all. I can tell he really loves her. He doesn't want to admit it, but at the end of the day, Rick would risk his life for her.
Shane and I are going strong. We have the official title now, if you will. We have sex literally everywhere. There's not a single place that we won't fuck. Lori and Shane both kept their word and stopped sleeping together. Shane promised her that he will step up as a father, and that's amazing to me. Sometimes I wish I could have kids since I know that Shane would step up and not abandon me or a baby. Oh well, it is what it is, right?
Andrea has backed off some, I don't know how long this will last though. I literally have to watch her all the time around Shane. She grabbed his butt the other day but that's about it. She tries to make me jealous but I have nothing to be jealous about. Shane is mine so I've already won.
Daryl caught a big ass deer tonight, so we all sat by the campfire and enjoyed a huge meal. It was fun sitting with friends by the campfire. Shane sat with his arm around me and I laid my head on his chest. A warm fire, an amazing boyfriend, great friends and a good meal. I couldn't ask for anything more. It was like the world was normal again.
