Falling

Sirens sound
Your ears start to pound
With your heart in your throat
You start to float

Faster and faster
To the ground where you splatter

Nothing can be saved
For I have caved
Into the thoughts
That I once fought

They dragged me down
Just to meet me with the sound

The sound of rushing wind
My patience has thinned

I finally took the chance
Without a last glance

With the sirens still out calling
I finally took the chance of falling
