this book deals with flawed characters, violence, (both mental and physical) abuse, murder and slightly inappropriate language.

there are also mentions of rape later into the story. i am not explicitly writing out the events, but it will get mentioned quite a few times. i'm sorry if this brings up awful memories to anyone, i'll always be open to your messages if you simply want to talk about it, i can be that listening ear.
