Negan, Lucille and Athena

Chapter 17

Negan's POV:

We managed to calm Athena's seizure down. Herschel has had professional first aid training and managed to calm Athena down and explained to us why she had the seizure.

After a couple of hours, Athena just sat with me the whole time. "Momma can I have a coke please?" "Course you can honey." Luce went in the RV to get Athena a soda. "Woah, who said you can have one of my cokes eh missy?" I tickled Athena's sides. "You always share with me daddy." She giggled. "I know darling, I was kidding." I smiled. "Plus Aunty Jadis is drunk again so there's none of her wine left to pinch." Athena giggled. "H-hey I ain't drunk." Jadis slurred. "Bullshit." Athena said. "Oi missy, language!" Lucille told Athena off but ended up laughing herself. "It's almost dinner time guys. What do we fancy?" Lori asked. Both Carl and Athena said excitedly, "Chinese!" "I think that's your answer Lori." Rick chuckled.

After we all had dinner we made a small fire. "Athena darling stay away from the fire." Lucille said worriedly. "Ok momma." She smiled and climbed on my knee. "I like cuddles with daddy." She said happily. "I think we all know daddy loves cuddles with you too, baby." Lucille laughed. Athena blew raspberries at her, so naturally Lucille tickled her sides. "Stop Momma." Athena giggled. "Only if I get a kiss missy." Lucille said. Athena leant forwards and gave her a kiss. "Oi darling. Where's mine?" I asked upset playfully. Athena knelt up on me and gave me a kiss. "That better daddy?" She smiled. "You bet it is baby." I smiled back at my baby girl. She cuddled up to me.

At about 10pm I heard tiny snores. I looked down and my baby girl was sleeping away cuddled up to me. Jadis went to bed about twenty minutes ago. Drunk of course. My sis ain't an alcoholic. She only had a few drinks the other day and today. What can I say? She's a lightweight. "I'm gonna get me and Athena to bed Luce." I whispered. "Ok babe, I'll be in soon." I gave Lucille a kiss which she returned and headed into the tent. I got Athena changed into her pyjamas and I got into mine. As soon as I got under the duvet, Athena cuddled into me. I love falling asleep with my baby girl cuddled up to me.

The camping trip consisted of what we usual do. The beach, shopping, swimming and off out for dinner. Athena begged me to make spaghetti for dinner on the second night, I couldn't say no to my little girl so I made spaghetti. My daughter has me and Lucille wrapped around her little finger and she knows it. But she knows me and Lucille wouldn't have her any other way.
