Chapter 3: The project

I told Alex that my first class was Maths and hers was History, so I said bye, rushing to my class hoping not to be late. Guess what I was the first one there, lucky me. I took my seat, till suddenly Harrison came in with one if his friends. Harrison took the seat next to me and said "hi, again I didn't know you were coming to Blackwood high, by the way my friends said you were cute" my face turned bright red, I replies with" oh they are nice, did anyone say my friend was cute?" he smiled "yeah, my friend who came in with me Jay, he said she was" I just smiled with delight.

The teacher started speaking about Maths stuff, but I wasn't paying attention. I just started at the golden hair and the beautiful eyes he possessed, then the teacher came storming at me " are you listening?" " um... yes" I said with a bright red face. Then she went back to the board and started speaking again.

Harrison turned to me and said "that was close" I nodded. "You will be partnering up with a person in the class, Mark with Julia, Jay with Elena and Harrison with Ashely", I looked at Harrison with delight, it was like my brain was going to explode.

The teacher handed us the project, I looked at it blankly and started up at her old crinkled face with numerous hairy freckles."Hey Ashely, um... can I get your number?" he said with a shy smile, I nodded, scribbling drown my number on a plank piece of paper from my pencil case and handed it to him.

I felt a sudden vibration from my bag, he texts 'hey, would you like to come to my house after school?' I almost dropped my phone on the cold hard floor. I hurriedly texts back 'sure, I would love to'. I thought in my heard, ' OMG, what just flipping happened, this great!'.

The bell rung for the end of first period , it was so loud I had to block my ears with my sweaty hands. "Bye Ashely, see you this afternoon" " yeah see you" I waved, sadly "hey Harrison how did it go down with the lady?!?" said Jay loudly, Harrison blushed " hey Jay, not in public" I laughed

2 hours later, I met up with Alex, " Alex you will never believe what happened in math!" "what, what, what, wait was Harrison there?!?" I blushed "Ashely, did he get your number?" I nodded with a smile "I am going to his house this afternoon, for this maths project" Alex started at me like , 'you are the luckiest girl in the girl'."Also someone has a crush on you!" "who, who?!?" "Harrison's friend Jay, he said you were cute" Alex almost fainted!

We finally sat down in the lunch area, then I remembered no lunch, but I have lunch money. So I ran to the canteen it was plain in sight, I got a plain roll and some plain old chips the smiths brand. I went to my seat when the mean girls came they are known as the barbies, perfect body, looks and boyfriends.

The head of the group is Selina Stars, she puts a heart on top of the 'i' probably because she doesn't proses that organ, her sidekicks include Maddison Gorge, she is the dumbest person ever, she tripped over her own feet and blamed it on me! The there is Mary Brown, she is only rich because her dad invented Bennie kids. How do I know this because they were all in my History class and I heard some people talking about it. Lucky I am not popular, I would have a fight with them!
