The plan was all set. The final fight for Oz was set.

It was Sunday morning, and everyone was ready to go. Everyone already had breakfast and had gotten dressed. Penn looked at himself in the mirror. For the day, he was wearing a black long sleeved buttoned up shirt with the sleeves rolled up to the elbows, blue jeans, the black converse sneakers and a camouflage jacket. "Huh. Now this I can get used to." He said. He lifted the jacket sleeve to see the lion tattoo in his left arm. Penn's fingers traced it lightly, a small smile crept up to his face. "Hey! You ready?!" Nox asked on the other side of the door. "Yeah!" Penn said.

He opened the door to see Nox standing there. "Ready to stop the war?" He asked. Penn smirked. "You bet I am." They both went downstairs to meet up with the rest of the Oz visitors. "Okay. Someone remind me what's the plan again." Indigo said. "Okay people, listen up! I'll go over the plan one last time. First, we head to the Emerald Palace. Then we execute the rescue mission of Elphaba. One that is done, we go in, and do the impossible: Kill the bitch of Oz. After that, we'll come back here, order pizza, and celebrate. Is that clear?" Penn asked. "Sir, yes, sir!" The others said, saluting him.

The redhead walked over to his parents. "You know. I never thought that I would fight an all powerful witch. So I guess that my old job as a part time hero really was useful. And I guess I never thought that I wasn't completely human, let alone from a children's story. But, I promise you guys that I will make it back." He said. He then hugged them. "I love you guys." He said. "We love you too." His mother said as she and her husband hugged him back. "We believe in you, sweetie." She said. "Thank you, Mama." Penn said as he pulled back.

Penn then walked to Sashi and Boone. "Stay alive, dude." Boone said. "Will do bud." Penn said, hugging his friend. The redhead then looked at his girlfriend. "You'll come back as soon as you can?" Sashi asked. "I will." "Promise?" He nods. "Promise." Sashi hugged Penn tightly, which he returned. "Hey Boone. If something happens and I don't make it back, take care of Sashi for me." Penn said. Boone nodded. "You're not gonna die." Sashi said. "I know. Better to safe than sorry though. But, if this is the last time I will see you." Penn said as leaned in and gave Sashi a passionate kiss, which she returned. They pulled back. "I will always love you." He said. "I will always love you as well." She said. "Just come back. I can't lose you." "You won't lose me. I promise." He said.

Penn gave her one last smile before walking to the group. "You ready?" Lang asked. He nodded. "Let's get Oz back." He said. The group huddled around the teen. "Now. Click your heels three times and say, 'there's no place like Oz'." Gert said. "But he's wearing- " "You know what I mean, Nox!" The old woman said. "Okay, Geez!" Penn chuckled and rolled his eyes. Taking a deep breath, he closed his eyes and clicked the heels three times. "There's no place like Oz. There's no place like Oz. There's no place like Oz."

And then, they were gone.

Penn opened his eyes to see that he was standing on a road of yellow bricks and green buildings destroyed, except for one. "Yep. We're in the Emerald City." He heard Mombi say.

Penn looked around in horror and disgust. He couldn't believe what Dorothy had done to this magical, happy place. He was enraged. The redhead sighed. "Okay people, we got ourselves a kid to save." Penn said. They all nodded and began to walk over to the Emerald Palace. As they walked, Penn noticed Nox looking around somberly. "You okay, man?" He asked. "Yeah. Memories that's all." He said. Penn raised an eyebrow. "My parents died here." The brunette said. The redhead softly gasped. "I'm sorry to hear that. Don't worry, you'll avenge your parents. I'll make sure of it." Penn said. "Thanks." Nox said.
