**Six months later**

Ellie wakes up to an alarm clock, she turns it off as stretching her sore body. Glancing around the room, she looks to her left to find Namjoon cuddling next to her. "Don't go, babe, please" he pouted and whined.

"I have to get to work Joon, I wish I could stay and give you the attention you need"

"Why I always have days off when you work, no fair" he pouted so much. With his cute reactions, she gives him a kiss on the forehead then got up for work. While in the bathroom, Ellie began to brush her teeth. Peeking in the mirror, she saw something that stopped her movements.

"Something bothering you my dear sister?" Evan's voice rang out. Ellie spits the water out and stared at her brother reflection in the glass, saying that she is alright this time. He walks forward and gave her that look of are you sure as he places his hand on her shoulders.

Nodding her head, she wipes the extra toothpaste from her mouth. Then explain it been six months but still feel uneasy in the stomach. Evan gave his warm smile as he reassures his twin that there's nothing to worry about as Yoongi is dead and her health is fine. That she doesn't need to be afraid anymore as he will protect her.

"It's hard going back to a normal life... but you're right, things will get better. I still wish you were here beside me. God, I miss you Evan— so much" tears flowed down her rosy cheeks. Evan lifts his hand and places it on her head.

"I will always be here, don't never forget me, sis"

"Never, always together but never apart. I love you my other half"

He repeats the words as he vanished from her sight. Ellie sees him from time to time whenever she feels insecure about herself or has doubts. But this moment had made her feel stronger... Joon knocked on the door, to make sure she was okay. Shouting yes, Ellie continues to get ready.

As she walks in at work, she took a deep breath and sigh. The building looks amazing with all the new installments added to it. Like the visitor's gate and passes, now visitors can't go onto certain floors without permission. Once you get in that elevator, you have to swipe your ID now. The only people who have access to all floors are workers. New cameras have been installed as well, anything suspicious will be reported.

The security has stepped up their game as well, they are patrolling more now. So, if your ID is not visible to the eye or don't have a visitor pass you will escort out. This company became a lot safer now. Going to the top floor, Ellie was greeted by Jungkook "Hey Ells, ready for your first day as team A leader?" he said.

"No, I got butterflies in my stomach. Training for six months really put me on edge"

Jungkook chuckled and said that she will do fine. It's not that bad of a job, they walked out of the elevator. The secretary told her that Tae wants to see her in the office. Sighing once again, she sloped to his door. Opening it without knocking, surprised Tae. He greeted her and told her congratulations for completing the training. He points to the papers on his desk as that is her work for today.

Putting on a fake smile, she takes the files and walks out of the room. Once entering her new office, the worker shouted welcome as they popped out. Jungkook laughed on her struggles as he helped her carry the work to her new desk. "Thanks guys for the warm welcome, I'm excited to be your new leader. This is big shoes that I'm filling in. But, I will be the best just like my brother was. So let get started!"

Her coworkers cheered at the speech she gave. Smiles all around the room. Ellie told them the assignment for today, once everything was passed out— she got to work as well. She had to work overnight for her first shift due to a number of meetings she has with Tae. Knowing that this place is a little safer then she will be alright.

As time passed, the team was getting work done. Examining profiles for games and the designs on the layouts. Ellie also had to work on the coding to make sure it runs properly. Jungkook was impressed with how well she was doing on her first day.

Lunch break occurred, everyone went to lunch as Ellie stay at the office to work some more. While eating her salad, Jimin walked through the doors "Hey, hey" he said.

"Hey Jiminie, something wrong?" putting the salad down and wiping her mouth. He said no as he placed more files on her desk. "Yay, more work. When you need this in?" She asked.

Told her by next week, then he walks out. Before he left he stated that he sees Evan all the time and that he misses him so. Ellie agreed as she felt the same but reminded him that he will always be in their hearts. Jimin was about to cry but stuck it up and smiled. Thanking Ellie he went back to work.

Lunch was over in a flash, the worker's filed in the room. Ellie had a meeting so she left Jungkook in charge while she was out. Things at work went smooth, nothing bad happened, nobody tried to do weird things or looked suspicious. It was just normal for the first time ever in months and it needs to stay that way.

As the night falls, her workers began to pack up to go home. Some stay as they have overnight shifts too... "Good luck on your first night Ells, don't get too scared" Jungkook teased her.

"How about you don't come in with limp all the time. What? Is Tae hitting it too hard back there?" She laughed. Rolling his eyes, he takes his backpack and replied with at least he is getting some unlike her. He dashed out of the room in a hurry.

Ellie wanted to kill him for making that statement but couldn't help but chuckle. He was right, she and Joon couldn't get intimate anymore due to her past experience. Namjoon always takes it slow but she wasn't having it.

It wasn't a bad thing but she misses the times when they will go wild. Since Evan is gone, they don't have to worry about making a lot of noise. Gathering her work, she heads to the coffee area. This is her fifth cup today, she wonders why she is not hyper yet.

Getting that coffee and taking a seat, Ellie went through the papers. The sounds of the pen filled the room. No wonder Evan hates this shift it's gets boring and creepy as well. A moment later something knocks a cup over... shattering it into pieces. Jumping from the sudden noise, Ellie looks around to see what made it fall.

When she turned around to the corner, she couldn't believe what was in her sight...
