Yandere! Sayori x Gamer! Reader

~Just Sayori~

(A/N: DDLC stands for Doki Doki Literature Club which is a Visual Novel Horror Game if you didn't know---)

It was the end of another stressful day of school, you were waiting to get to your house so you could play the new game that was out on the internet, Doki Doki Literature Club.

You have seen videos on the internet about the game and know all the characters; Sayori, Yuri, Natsuki and Monika. You knew the endings and everything.

You rushed home, holding your bag tight and slamming open the house door.

"(Y/N)---!? Don't slam open the door!" Your mom scolded.

"Sorry mom! I am just excited for the new free game that came out!" You exclaimed.

"Oh-? What's it called?" Your mom asked.

"Doki Doki Literature Club!!!" You answered excitedly "It's all over the internet!" Your mom smiled at your excitement.

"I hope you enjoy playing your game, Honey." Your Mom chuckled.

You booked it to your room and flicked on your laptop, signing into your Steam Account and opening the Steam page for Doki Doki Literature Club.

Smiling, You clicked download and waited excitedly. It wasn't long before the seemingly innocent game downloaded and you were able to hit play. The game loaded up with the usual title screen with Yuri, Natsuki...Wait- Monika and Sayori were looking a little off. It was like they were glaring at each other, angrily.

You were thrown off by this- in all the videos you've seen, it never had the title screen like this and you don't remember downloading any mods. You minimized the window and tried doing research about it.

Nothing Came Up.

Which confused you, was it hacked, A defective copy? No...The game was free AND on Steam, a trusted place to play games. You shuddered and went back to the window you minimized, it was normal.

"What- What's going on...." You muttered. Trying to figure out the glitch. You shrugged it off and hit play.

It was the usual things, The Main Character walking to school but then yelled at by Sayori for not waiting. You went on playing the game from there, noticing slight differences with the game all surrounding Sayori....Not Monika.

Sayori would always find someway in the the game to get you to choose all of the choices to her path and ignore all the rest of the girls. Which was strange, Monika was supposed to do that last time you checked. When ever you tried to try the other girls paths, you would get a scene when Sayori walks up to the main character after school and asks them why they didn't spend time with her. Her stare at the screen during these cut scenes never failed to disturb you. It was like she was staring at the actual you, With hurt and Possessiveness.

You huffed and gave up trying other paths and just kept playing the game. It had to be a hack, How could it not- The game isn't like this, even for a fourth wall breaking game! As the days in the game went by, You noticed that Monika was gone. Asking Sayori only got a response of "She had to move, So now I am the one in charge." With a cheeky smile.

Unnerved, You decided to take a nap and shut off your computer, enjoying the warmth of you blankets and pillows pulling you into a deep dark sleep. Sayori on the other hand had plans while you were gone. She was going to get everything ready for her one true love.

At first she thought the player was a boy, but then found out the player was a birl. She didn't mind. No matter what gender the player was, the player always got her excited to say the least.

Sayori messed around with the files in the game settings, Deleting Yuri's and Natsuki's and changing up the appearance of the classroom. Sayori smiled to herself then grimaced in the memory of you trying to go down the Edgy, Masochist, Novel loving Yuri and the Tsundere, Pink haired, Cup Cake Loving Weeb Natsuki's routes.

Even if she was just a program. She would still find a way to make you love her and stay with her. And now, with everything prepared she waited for her player to wake up. Her player and Her player only.

You woke up with a yawn and went to your laptop to see if the game was now working properly. You weren't even greeted with the title screen, You were only greeted with Sayori sitting at a desk, staring at the screen with an unknown gleam in her eyes.

"Hello, (Y/N) my love~ How'd you sleep?" Sayori asked tilting her head at the screen, smiling.

"H-How did you know I-I was sleeping----" You backed away from the Laptop. Sayori just chuckled at your behavior, then pointed up at the top of the screen.

Your Webcam, Of Course. You shuddered, a program, was talking to you, but not only that, confessing its eternal love for you-

Sayori just loved the dumbfounded, confused and scared expression on your face. She just wanted to cuddle you close and love you. To bad she was behind this screen.

You tried to use the mouse to exit the window but the laptop shocked you, causing you yelp in pain. You huffed and sat on your bed, staring at the screen.

I guess it was Just Sayori now....
