It was a week since my fight with Raku. After we fought, she acted less of a jerk whenever I'm near.
And I haven't talked to that Minus person in my head for a while too. Might been a ghost. Well I gotta thank him next time he appears.
Right now, I'm on the cafeteria having lunch with Quaza and Star. They've been the closest people I've met since I got here. Today's lunch is.. Eggs.. and fish. Eh... Well I can't choose, can I? That silent lunch lady is too scary for me to ask something.
Speaking of silent people, Lation, our school doctor/student/my classmate, is also really intimidating. It's as if he can talk through his stare alone.
"Wait... Wh-" I was surprised of what I'm seeing.
I turn my head around and Raku was sitting with him. And they're having.. a silent conversation..? I don't know? but it looks like Raku's mouth is moving. She might be chewing food, but still. Seeing her being with Lation is really weird.
"Oh. Wondering why they're sitting there together?" Star said to me without warning.
Made me jump damnit.
"Y-yeah." I replied. I'm kinda curious to be honest.
"Well, Raku and Lation were both the lone wolves in the pack some time ago, you see. And uhh they were always a table apart. Noah-senpai noticed them both and secretly ordered us to remove the other table. The next day, Raku was pissed off then just proceeded to sit the same table as him, but it wasn't easy for her though, I know you've noticed the intimidation Lation gives off. Raku experienced that too. No matter how much of a jerk she is, she's always been afraid of Lation. She was in pressure when she started to sit next him. Heavy pressure. Now, I don't know what happened between them, but Raku seems to respect Lation, and even seems to talk to him on a daily basis." Star explained while eating his fruit.
Oh. Now I know.
"I always thought Lation was a mute, you know. But it turns out, he talks." I told him.
"Oh he talks alright. He only talks when it's needed though, or whenever it's necessary, Like whenever someone's hurt, or when he calls on the phone, which is absolutely rare." Star explained again.
"Is he ever impressed at something?" I asked him.
"OOH! Yeah, it's Star's awesome machines!" Quaza suddenly jumps in the conversation.
"Wait. You build machines?" I suddenly got in the mood.
"U-um.. Y-yeahh hahahh" Star said as he backs off with a concerned smile.
"REALLY?? CAN YOU SHOW ME?" Now I'm really in the mood. Day's been boring, something interesting as this would kill it!
"....No." Star said with a frown
"Oh." I replied.
Ok I kinda regret asking that for a reason.
We continued eating awkwardly after.
"Ok fine. Don't let others see or know about the new project though." He said with a sigh.
"Ok then!" I replied with relief and excitement.
We go to the dorm after class and we went to his room which is the other side of my room, near the cafeteria.
Before we entered, I wanted to ask a question.
"Hey, does Quaza have his own room?" I asked.
"O-of course I do! I just don't like being alone that's all.. Besides, he really makes me comfortable." Quaza blushes while looking at the ground.
"Yeah. He makes me comfortable too. He makes me laugh, makes me smile.. I really like him!" Star answers as well with a warm smile.
These two definitely have a relationship. I ship them too, honestly.
We go inside his room and damn it looks clean AF.
He puts his palm on a certain frame on the wall and a door opens beside the TV.
"Wh- Is that one of your inventions?! That's so nice!" I said with a excitement.
"Uhhh no. It's our customizable room for work and stuff. We all have it." he explains to me.
"Eh?" How come I never know that?!
Anyway, we enter the room and he flicks on the lights.
"Welcome to my garage." He welcomes me as he wears a metal thing on his head that covers his right eye.
He also changes his shirt to a rugged one and he puts on some gloves.
Then he begins to pull a lever.
"This is my creation.." Star said as his invention lifts from the ground.

"This is my Magnet Warrior. It's a basically a training bot for the class in PE. It magnetizes the destroyed metals which will be scattered around when someone manages to damage it, and starts to instantly reproduce the damaged parts using nano tech. It also scans and will recognize your skills as you fight it." Star explains.
"WOAAH! So is it finished?" I asked him as I stare at this mechanical perfection.
"Well uhh it's.. wait I forgot." Star presses the side of his mask.
"Twinkle bot, how's the progress on the Magnet Warrior?" He asks.. the mask?
"75% done sir." A robotic voice suddenly came out from the mask.
"IS THAT ALSO AN INVENTION?" I asked as I wowed at it.
"Yep. Her name is Twinkle Bot, he's an AI I programmed 2 years ago, and still improving her. She was really complicated to code too." He explains.
"Oh by the way, want to try the bot? Might need a beta tester on this one so I'll know what I can improve on this baby." He asks.
"OH YEAH!!" I'm just happy right now. Don't care if I'm still healing from an injury but Yeah!!
"Okay Melt, going again the bot means you're going against me. The Machine Man Vs. You.." Star backs off as he activates the remote.
This room has enough space to fight. Should be good. Now I'm excited!
