Tuesday Morning. Everyone's going in the classroom one by one. I'm the last to come in.
"Hello, fellow classmates! How are you today? Y'all are just in time for class!" I greeted with a smile.
"What? what did you say?" Braedon, the yellow one asked me with a creeped out smile.
"Did I say something wrong?" I asked.
"Uh.... It's kinda weird for you to say that.." Quaza, the blue one answered back.
"Oh? May you please tell me why?" I politely asked them with a smile.
"Uh..... Um. I-I don't- " Star mumbled as he looked confused based on that cringing face.
Hm. Maybe I am too formal. How does Melt talk?..
"Ehem.. I mean Yo!" I tried to redo my greeting with a bit more "Me".
I looked around the room and everyone was a bit silent and confused. Even Lation's poker face was a bit broken.
"Uhh.. He-hehehe. I'm just joking! Ok you can get back to your shenanigans now, fellow classmates er- people..?" I said to them while getting flustered trying to hide my personality.
Phew everyone let that slip..
The class finally started. I know all of the lessons that were though. It was a bit boring.
Lunch break - 11:30 AM
I sit with Quaza and Star at the cafeteria. I try to be silent but I can't help myself.
"Greetings- I mean, Yo! What's up, people." I tell them as they sit.
They're still skeptical about me.
Hm. I continue eating my meal.
This fish absolutely amazing. Who cooked this?
I go to the counter and I asked the fox girl that was the same height as me. Geesh are people in this part of the Galaxy this small?..
"Um. Good afternoon, young lady, may I have another serving of the fish dish please?" I asked her properly as I smiled at her.
".... You may. I shall give you another serving of the fish." She replied politely with a nice voice.
She gives me the fish and I say thanks to her, then I sit back to the table.
"Wh... Did you just talk to her?" Star asked me with a surprised face.
"What do you mean?" I asked him back since I didn't get the question too much.
"The lunch lady, she never ever talks! Like, never! No one has ever heard of her voice except Net senpai." Quaza connects as he explained to me.
"Oh. Well looks like he just needed a gentleman!" I replied to them with a smile.
Later on at school, I sit on my chair, silent, sketching on some papers. I was bored, so I decided to talk someone. I go to the mint green jacket girl and I talk to her.
"Yo! What's up, miss!" I greeted her with a smile.
"Oh hi Melt. I'm just trying to organize and plan out what we're going to do in the interplanetary school events. The dates are still far away from now but y'know.. I'm just preparing." She explained while writing on a notebook.
"Ooh, so you like organizing stuff eh? Hahaha I like your energy! Both good at Athletics and Academics! You're should be a class president!" I told her out loud then everyone was silent.
"Uhhh.. Melt. She is the class president." Star called out to me.
"Oh.. well this is awkward. Well, nice to meet you miss president!" I tell her with a smile.
I reach out my hand to her ready to shake hers.
"Pffft, hahaha.. You're really different today Melt, but okay.." She laughs at me then she shakes my hand finally.
I sit with her then we had a nice conversation for an hour.
The bell rang and everyone gets out.
"Hey it's been nice talking to you Sluxy!" I said to her while I'm packing my bag.
"You too, Melt!" Sluxy replied.
Later on, when everyone left, except me and a guy named Lation.
He was standing there looking at me. It looks like he was waiting for me.
".... You." He called out to me with a silent voice.
"..Who are you?" He asked me. Well looks like he noticed.
"Hm. Hello Lation. What do you mean by that? I'm Melt. Your classmate!" I told him while smiling.
".. I'm not stupid. Your personality is absolutely different from your usual self. So.. who are you really?" He pointed out.
"...Well it's better if I wouldn't tell you yet. It'd be a ton of spoilers for vol. 2" I said to him while smirking.
"Wh. The hell do you mean?" He asked with a super confused face.
"Hehehe. Ok, think of it like this for now, I'm like a split personality of Melt. I appeared first when I fought Raku. I also have a very strong body, that's why I wasn't hurt when I was in control. Okay, that's too much info for you. I'll leave now." I explained to him then I go out the school building.
"Hey. By the way, protect her. The woman in your mind, Alza." I told him as I looked back then I go.
Later at the dorm, I open my bag then I do all Melt's homework. Then I fix my bed, then I sweep the floor. Jesus, when did you last clean this place up. No wonder you got amazed when you entered Star's room. You live in a garbage dump!
Shut up! I just don't like cleaning.
