I hate people
They are arrogant and smug and full of scandal
I wish I could isolate myself,
to live in a cavern alone without the heart-wrenching presence of people
People whose only job is to let you down
How am I expected to move forward,
if all I feel is disgust for those around me?
It's a life where what matters most,
is appearances and agendas
It's a life I don't wish to take part of anymore
So why am I still here?
