Chapter 4 - New Friends

I strolled around the city by myself after storming out of the house. I've already cleared my head from being pissed off with that yoda. Who does he think he is?

I stopped by a pet shop that sells fishes. Should I buy a gold fish? I entered the store and was welcomed by a familiar ballad. Exo's Miracles in December. I have that on my palylist.

"Hi, can I help you?" The store clerk asked

"Uhm no, I'm just looking around. Hehe" I awkwardly brushed my hair and looked around but he keeps following me, making me uncomfortable so I left.

"Where to go... where to go..." I hummed to myself and checked my watch. It's already early afternoon.

"What could I do in this fine day that can make me not go home?" I wondered aloud

"The library!" I face-palmed myself for not thinking about it since the beginning. I could've eaten lunch with jisoo unnie! Pabo! I quickly hopped on a taxi and got on my way to the library.

No one was there when I got in so I was able to spot jisoo unnie with jennie. I mean anne unnie and another girl. I quietly walked towards them.

"Before that... I'm going to explain to her from the beginning." My curiosity piqued

"Explain what?" They all jumped in their places when they heard me, making me chuckle

"Sheez! Are you a cat? We didn't hear you come in." Anne unnie held a hand to her heart

"You guys are mean. If I hadn't come I wouldn't know you were all here." I pouted and dragged a chair next to the unknown girl, adjacent to jisoo unnie. They introduced me to the girl, who I know now as Lisa.

"What's with the eyebags?" Jisoo unnie stared at my face

"Don't even ask." I grumbled. Thankfully, they didn't probe more.

"So as I was saying..." ane unnie told lisa about her relationship with bts suga from the very beginning. And even though it isn't my first time hearing about it, I still laugh and cried with lisa.

"Oh wow. I need water. This is so much information! Actually, wanna go out?" Lisa invited. A chorus of yes was heard so Lisa and jisoo unnie decided to close the library earlier.

"Where do we go?" Jisoo asked us as lisa locked the doors.

"How about your pla--" jennie asked turning to me

"NO!" I immediately shouted before she could even finish her sentence.

"I mean.. it's just that the place is messy. Hehe." I excused.

"My place then!" Lisa volunteered. We all agreed and decided to just buy take out

"How about a sleepover?! My place isn't that big but we can all fit." I immediately said yes and thanked the Heavens for an answered prayer. Lisa and I talked while the unnies call their babies and husbands.

"What's wrong unnie?" I asked anne when she came back form the call with her brows furrowed.

"My babies are already alseep. It's still early though." She mentioned the twins would usually wait for her to come home and tuck them in.

"Maybe they were tired of playing." Lisa offered

"That's probably it." Anne unnie nodded. Jisoo unnie then turned to us with a smile on her face

"Kaja!" We all cheered and went our way.

"Do you need a housemate?" I asked immediately when we arrived.

"You just moved. Anything wrong?" Jisoo asked in concern

"Oh nothing... but I like her place and in the short while, we've become quite close so I just think it wouldn't be so bad to you know... move here..." she squinted her eyes on me but I avoided her eye contact

"I would love to! But the other room is my guest room. My family often visits. But if you'd like I can share my room with you." Lisa enthusiastically exclaimed.

"Just reserve it to me after 3 months." I could feel my cousin's eyes on me but I just ignored it.

We all gathered in lisa's room and settled ourselves in a mini circle. A huge bowl of mixed chips is in the center while they are holding on to their canned beer, including lisa, while I sip on my straw, chugging chuckie. What? It's my favorite.

We all turned to anne unnie who gulped down her beer before telling us her encounter with yoongi.

"Oh no you didn't." Lisa was teasing anne unnie about meeting bts making jisoo laugh and when anne made a move to hit my cousin with a pillow, it hit me instead.

"I didn't mean to hi--" she wasn't able to finish what she was saying since my pillow already hit her. Soon it became a huge pillow fight as we set aside our drinks and food to have less damage to the poor bed.

We panted and laughed as we laid down. We all gave up, tired from the game and fell asleep.

Anne unnie cussed as soon as she checked her phone. Lisa and I and I looked at each other. Should we pry? But we didn't need to. Anne unnie showed us her phone.

"Holy sh*t!" We can't help but cuss too. It shows a report about got7's jinyoung and twice's jihyo's confirmed relationship status.

"Do you think she knows?" Lisa worriedly glanced over to the sleeping jisoo unnie.

"I don't think so. She would've told us by now." I bit my nails in anxious.

"We can't be the one to tell her about this. She needs to know from her husband himself." We all agreed with anne unnie. We shut our mouths when we heard jisoo unnie groan, stirring in her sleep.

"What's the fuss?" She asked, as soon as she saw us

"Nothing." I answered a little too quickly.

"Just... arguing what's gonna be for breakfast." Anne unnie smiled, looking forced.

"I'm hungry. I want rice." Jisoo unnie sat up rubbing her stomach.

"See. I told you so. Good thing I cooked rice!" Lisa stuck her tongue out at me and I did the same.

"Whatever. I'm getting hungry now too. I'll cook bacon and egg for the viand!" Jennie quickly went to the refrigerator to defrost the bacon.

"Ah. Ppali! You're making me drool." I grumbled.

We swiftly changed the topic that way. After eating, we helped lisa clean the dishes. Jennie unnie offered me a ride but I instantly declined, saying I have to stroll a bit more.

She said her goodbyes and kissed us on the cheek. She sublty told jisoo unnie to give her a call once she talked with her husband making the latter confused.

"What was that all about?" Jisoo unnie turned to us.

"Oh, would you look at the time." I looked at my non-existent watch and scurried off outside. Sorry lisa!
