This Bird

So Snow White, while I would love to tell you all about her, this is for the baby bird she finds near the beginning of the movie. That little blue bird? That can somehow understand the language of the humankind. Yeah you know the one I’m talking about, Snow asks if the bird fell out of it’s nest.

Well where else did the bird fall from? Fall out of a dragon? No, I didn’t think so. And then she gives it a kiss and presto! It can fly. Could the bird not fly back to the nest five seconds ago? Oh, I get it, true love’s first kiss conquers all. Right. Even death.

Getting off topic, back to the bird. So the bird gets up and flies away, Snow runs through the forest blah blah. And then you see the bird again. And big surprise it’s in the nest. Now Snow ran for a while. But she’s still managed to get underneath the nest. What did the bird do? Fall across the entire frickin’ forest?

I don’t think so. Was it a teleporting nest? Maybe the bird fell out of the nest mid teleportation. Or more likely, the raccoons were playing a good ol’ game o’ who can throw that baby bird the farthest. Because lets face it, animals aren’t as friendly as Disney makes them out to be.

But this is Disney we are talking about, so I say that the bird is a fairy godmother in disguise. I mean, it just randomly appears throught the movie. And it leads her (more or less) to the other animals which lead her to the Dwarve's home. This baby bird, savior of Snow White. Not The prince.
