{Fire's POV}
I come inside from being at the shop all day. Ariel is sitting at the island.
"Moose is upstairs sleeping, he's been staring at a screen for 27 hours straight," Jeremy warns me. Snap and Ben are on the couch watching a movie with Jenny and Ryan.
"Okay, I won't be up there long. Just to grab my favourite hoodie and throw a blanket over him," I tell them. "Good luck not getting caught up in the moment," Snap calls, laughing. "Good luck!" yells Wild.
I roll my eyes and go upstairs to his room and see him sleeping. I stiffen up. I was there to throw a blanket over him and get my Fire Fam hoodie. Strictly.
I grab my hoodie and slide it over my head. It smelled of gasoline and fresh pines, and a little bit of Moose's cologne. I find a throw blanket and look at Moose. I know I said I'd be in here for only 10 minutes, but I can't help myself.
I crawl into his back and start rubbing little circles onto his back. "I love you, I love you, I love you..." I whisper over and over again, almost falling asleep.
I'm almost asleep when Moose rolls over and wraps his arms around me. "I love you, too," he said. My eyes got as wide as they could for an almost asleep person.
"Wh—how—you weren't s-supposed to h-hear t-that!" I stutter before passing out on his chest. "I know, it's okay," he whispers before we both fall asleep.
