I remember that winter clearly.
It's a vivid movie in my head.His sweet smile as he said he loved me.
My raven hair blowing against the wind as he pulled me in for a warm hug."I love you." He firmly said. So sure of this statement. So positive of the fact that I owned his heart.
I remember I had smiled ever so brightly- believing his lie.
