The Scary Movie

~ Shuichi's P.o.v. ~
I waited anxiously, watching the clock. It hit noon and I threw my apron off and speed out the door without saying good bye to any of the other workers at the coffee shop.
As I exited the store I took a second to sigh
"Shuichi!"
I looked up to the the smaller purple haired boy
I smiled softly "oh- hey.. kokichi right?" I asked
He nodded "woaaah! You remembered!" He snickered
I rolled my eyes "so what are we-"
He grabbed my hand quickly and lead me down the sidewalk
"W-where are we going?" I asked blushing a little
"It's a surprise! Nishishi~"
I found myself looking down at his small hand
It was really soft and fit into my hand perfectly..
I realized he noticed I was looking at it and I quickly looked away
"Here we are!" Kokichi smiled
We were in front of a small theater
"The movies!" I smiled "I haven't been here in forever"
Kokichi smirked "guess I made the right choice for the first date"
"Date?!" I exclaimed "is that what this is?"
He just giggles, grabbing my hand once again and leading me to the ticket stand
We both decided to see a scary movie considering all the others didn't catch our interest
Kokichi bounces excitedly to the concession stand
"I heard they have a new panta slurpy I've been dying to taste!" He explained
"well I'll get it for you!" I offered
"You would do that for me?" Kokichi said excitedly
I nodded, I normally didn't get any of the snacks at the theaters, considering they were so much money
But I would for this cute little gremlin
We ended up getting some candy, popcorn, and Kokichi's slushy
He drank some of it as I poured butter on our popcorn
His eyes light up "ittttsss SOOOOO GOOOOD!"
He holds it out toward me
I leaned over and took a sip
It was super sugary and sweet
It matched Kokichi's personality honestly
I smiled "it's not bad!"
He quickly lead me to the theater, we're we picked out our seats
I wonder if he will get scared of the movie? I normally don't get scared of things as much- maybe just a little paranoid
The movie started after a while of previews!
Me and Kokichi have almost eaten all the popcorn
The movie is based of people trying to escape a place ran by an evil- mysterious villain.
But during the movie people started to kill eachother
I thought the concept was pretty cool!
The movie went on..
" y-you killed him! How could you-"
"It's the only way to survive in a place like this- and if your going to get in my way I'll kill you too"
"I won't let you hurt anyone else!"
The killer then charged at the young girl protecting her friends
He stabbed her over and over, with a jump scare like scene
I felt kokichi jump at this, I looked over to find a scared look on his face
I quickly wrapped a arm around him, pulling him close to me
He leaned against my chest
Now I couldn't think about the movie at all...
I could only think about..
Him
And everything I wanted to do with him for the rest of my future!
But my attention was brought back to the movie as horrify- terrifying murders took place
It ended with a completely eerie feeling that would keep even the bravest person up at night.
The credits rolled as the lights of the theater turned on
I looked down at Kokichi who looked pretty spooked, but he smiled anyway "that was- uh... I good scary movie I guess!"
I laughed "I don't know if I'll be able to stay home alone anymore!"
Kokichi found an opportunity "then let's have a super sleepover!"
"Wha?-" I was surprised at first- but the thought of spending the night with him wasn't so bad
Or.. the rest of my life
I shook those thoughts out of my head
"I'd be delighted to have you over!"
