Sleep over

~Shuichi's P.o.v~
Me and kokichi walked up to my room
I awkwardly searched my pant pockets for my keys before finding them and unlocking the door
We both entered my apartment
I shut the door and kokichi wandered into my living space
"Lock the door so the spooky murder doesn't kill us!" He called out in a silly tone
I smiled, locking the door.
I walked into my room to find him laying on my bed as if it were his own
"No- go ahead and make yourself at home" I laughed sarcastically
He gave me a big grin
I laid down on the bed beside him, looking over at him
The turned to his side and stared back at me
Kokichi smiled "enough with the cheesy sit! Time to find your secrets!" He hopped up and began searching my drawers 
"Hey! Yo-you can't just do that!" I protested
But he wasn't listening
He rummaged through my belongings until he found a small book
'Unsolved murders'
Kokichi raises his eyebrows
"I didn't take you for the dark type shu~" he smirked at me-
I blushed from the new nickname and slowly took the book from him "I'm not really- I'm just interested in detective work"
Kokichi got really excited at this
"A detective? That's sounds so cool!" He said with a genuine smiled "why are you working at the coffee shop if you want to be a detective"
I looked down at the book and ran my thumb down the side of the pages
"I dunno- I guess I'm scared" I spoke
Kokichi furrowed his eyebrows "of... what?"
I sighed softly "maybe I'll fail- or I won't like it.. maybe I won't be good enough?" I vented
I was then surprised by a hug from kokichi
"I think you'll be a great detective" he spoke as he looked up at me
This made my worries melt away more than they ever have before
"Thanks" I said smiling down at him
"Nishishi~ Shu is so honest with me! I feel so special" kokichi stated
I rolled my eyes and ruffled his hair
~Kokichi's P.o.v.~
Shuichi smiled "want some coffee?"
"Yeah sure!" I lied
He walked into his kitchen and began to brew his coffee
I followed him and began rummaging through his fridge, pulling out his lunch meat and eating it straight form the package
"Hey you little thief! Let go of my food" shuichi said sternly
I giggled putting the package back after eating another piece
I then ran over to him- hugging him from behind
I peered over to look at the cups of coffee he just made
The coffee was pure black
I cringed thinking about drinking it
I should really just tell him I lied about liking coffee
"I have sugar and creamer you can add if you like" shuichi suggested, noticing my expression
I smiled "thanks shu!~"
