Being A Parker

Chapter 2

Percy's Point of View 

~After a Few Weeks ~

These few weeks went past quickly which I spent that time with Peter and May furthermore attending my new school Midtown High School which was interesting I also met  Peter's friend Ned who both have an interest in Stars Wars.

During this time I found that Peter is the friendly neighborhood Spiderman but I didn't mention this to Peter because I want to think more about whether I will tell Peter about knowing his secret identity. I have joined the Midtown's Swimming team. So today the last period I had swimming practice it went 15 mins past school time so by now school has finished, Peter must have got the text that I will be late and not to wait for me. I quickly changed into dry clothes and rushed home because I had a feeling something will happen.

Third Person's Point of View 

Peter walks out of an elevator listening to music with his earphones and carrying a DVD player and with a rucksack on his shoulder. Peter enters the apartment and closes the door behind him.

"Hey May" Peter greets her she replies "Mmm. Hey, how was school? Where is Percy?"

"School was okay, Percy's swimming practice is running a little he will be home soon. There is this crazy car parked outside.............," Peter stops in the middle as he looks up and his eyes widen as he sees Tony Stark on the Couch sitting with Aunt May.

"Oh, Mr. Parker," said Tony Stark while drinking something 

"Um..," says Peter and takes his earphones out"What- What are you doing...? Hey! Uh, I'm-I'm-I'm Peter."He says while stammering in between."Tony" says Tony Stark even though Peter knew him."What are... What are you - What are you - What are you doing here?" says Peter still stammering.

Tony puts his cup down and waves his hands while winking at me and says"It's about time we met. You have been getting my emails, right?" Peter replies "Yeah. Yeah " but Peter was a little confused about what he was talking about but went with and says "Regarding the .......," but Aunt May finishes the sentence for Peter "You didn't tell me about the grant"

"About the grant," Peter says but Tony jumps in the middle and says"The September Foundation,"

"Right" replied Peter still having no clue what he was talking about but got the idea that it's something it couldn't be said in front of May.

"Remember when you applied, "Tony asks Peter who replies"Yeah", "I approved, so now we're in business," says Tony while smiling.

"You didn't tell me anything, Does Percy know?" asks May, while Tony Stark is looking at me to give some sort of an answer.

"Percy doesn't know...." was the only thing Peter could say before May interrupted Peter "What's up with that? You keeping secrets from us now?". "I just, I just... I just know how much you love surprises, so I thought I would let you know... wh... Anyway, what did I apply for? replies to May and directs the question towards Tony Stark.

"That's what I'm here to hash out," says Tony Stark. Peter replies" Okay. Hash, hash out, okay."It's so hard for me to believe that she's someone's aunt" Tony says this directing to May    "Yeah, well, we come in all shapes and sizes, you know?"May replies to Tony's comment

" This walnut date loaf is exceptional," Tony says trying to flirt with May while eating the loaf." Let me just stop you there." interrupt Peter

"Yeah? "asks Tony Stark and then asks May "Can I have 5 minutes with him?" asks Tony again to which May replies "Sure,"
