Chapter 8

...Previously...

I was tired now after Vapour Travelling so many times to bring things into the room. I don't why put so much effort into decorating the room because I didn't want to get attached to them besides Peter needs some happiness in his life and Tony is pretty much like a father to him. So I won't interrupt and ruin things for Peter.

I laid on the bed looking at the ceiling thinking for some time and then closed my eyes wanting to take a nap before dinner comes.

Percy's Point of View.

~*Dream*~

I open my eyes and I find myself in a terrible familiar landscape of Tartarus, I could feel the poisonous air and smell of ashes and monsters, I was in a cave overlooking down the landscapes of Tartarus, I could sense the ancient darkness clingy to walls, I was about to find out how I came back here when I heard someone breathing and then I heard footsteps coming towards me. I turned around quickly and uncapped Riptide and pointed at the being and when I saw him, I almost dropped  Riptide in shock as I saw Jason who was supposed to be dead, his eyes were glassy and blank, He had blood dripping down from his forehead then Hazel, Frank, Piper, Leo, Annabeth appeared next to each other and they all had blood on them.........Jason was going to open his mouth to say something

~*Dream Ends*~

The Nightmare was disturbed by a knocking sound on the door for a second I was confused with where I was then everything that happened in the past few hours came back, the knocking continued persistent I realized that it was Peter as he said: "Percy, Are you there?".

I got up from the bed and strolled towards the door and opened it just as Peter was going to knock on the door again, I stepped aside allowing Peter to step into the room "Thanks, Perce I thought you have gone out somewhere but F.R.I.D.A.Y said," You were still in the room." Peter said as he stepped into the room that I will be staying while I am here and  Peter stopped and took a look around the room and said: "Wow!, The Room's amazing Perce". He was still looking around the room when I asked: "Do you want some help decorating  your room ?"."Sure" said Peter in an excited tone.

So we went to Peter's which was few doors away from Percy's room and we started to decorate 

...After some time...

The room was covered in cyan blue wallpaper with tiny white-colored spiderwebs towards the bottom of the wall. The bed's bedsheets were dark blue with little black mixed in it, the bedspread was red fading to blue with white trimmings, a bedside table with a lamp on it. There were two desks one was empty the other had a  laptop with a red cover, a bookshelf with all the books Peter will need. A 62-inch Plasma Screen with an Xbox (which was already there in the room)along with a white couch with a mix of red, cyan blue, and black pillows and a small coffee table near the couch, Then there were two doors in the room one leading the bathroom and the other to the closet where Peter has already placed some his clothes there which bought while visiting Aunt May.

I was staring at the view through the room's window which showed the New York Skyline and was lost in thought about the nightmare I  just had, I have been having the same nightmare frequently these days so I didn't notice Mr.Stark enter the room until he spoke "Dinner will be ready in 10 min" I tensed at the sudden noise and instinctively reached towards my sword and could feel water molecules in the air, then I realized who it was and refrained myself. Both Peter and Mr.Stark notice me tensing, Mr.Stark didn't say anything but Peter was going to ask something but he got interrupted by Mr.Stark  "You guys have decorated this room so fast, It looks incredible".Peter smiled and said, "Percy helped a lot with his powers, You should see Percy's room".

I gave a smile towards Peter " We should go to dinner right about now " I said softly towards Mr.Stark and Peter and walked out of the room.
