Chapter 7

...Previously ...

When Peter was going to leave through the door Percy grabbed Peter's arm and turned to Tony asked "Location" Tony looked confused but gave the location "Avengers Tower, New York"

"Perce.." was all Peter was could the disappeared from their room. Tony looked at the empty room shocked along with the others who were going to do something when Percy and Peter appeared in front of them.

..What," continued Peter then realized where he was and turned to Percy and said "You can teleport yourself that awesome"

Third Person Point of View

..and turned around to face the Avengers and Peter said"Hi, Everyone" Peter looked like he was going to burst of excitement and also he looked a little nervous too.

Percy looked like he was bored like before. He didn't say anything just gave everyone in the room a polite and friendly smile.

Everyone in the room smiled at Peter and Percy. Tony stepped forward and said"I believe an introduction is needed "while putting an arm around both Peter and Percy pushed them forward. Peter didn't react expect his excitement grew but Percy flinched and his hand twitched which went noticed by everyone in the room except for Peter.

 Avengers saw Riptide or Percy flinch but decide not to ask him about it while Fury and Coulson didn't react on the outside but storing that information for later use.

Tony decided to continue the introduction putting aside Percy's reaction and said"Everyone this Peter Parker aka Spiderman and that Percy Parker aka Riptide" while pointing to Peter and Percy.

"That's Natasha Romanoff, Vision, James Rhodes, Phil Coulson, Nick Fury, T'challa, Wanda Maximoff, Clint Barton, Sam Wilson, Scott Lang, Bucky Barnes, Steve Rogers" Tony continued pointing to each one of them respectively who nodded.

Then there was silence in the room. Percy who still had Tony's arm around him rolled his eyes and slowly removed himself from Tony's side and  "What we going to tell our Aunt, She doesn't know, We can't move here so...." said Percy while scanning the room for exits, entrances, and everything.

Clint, Natasha, Bucky, and Steve noticed him scanning the room and wondered how he got this instinct and frowned a little thinking what Percy must have gone through to get it.

"You can say to your Aunt that both gained internships at Stark Towers and also it will be a lot of time-consuming so you might be late or sometimes stay here" suggested Tony while looking at Peter and Percy.

"Okay," said Peter, Percy just nodded. Tony gestured for them to sit down beside him, they sat down.

Fury stood up and walked to the front and glared at each one for them and said: "You will work with each other."Everyone flinched at the glare but Percy who just amused smirk to Fury who tried to glare at harder but Percy didn't seem bothered. On the inside Fury was impressed with Percy but didn't show it on the outside. 

Everyone nodded and Fury continued saying" Now I have some other business, Phil will be here to oversee you" and walked out of the conference room.

They all stood up from chairs and also walked out of the conference room knowing the meeting dismissed. Peter and Percy followed behind them.

Peter's eyes lit up when remembered something he turned to Percy who walking behind him but Percy looked deep in thought and he had a sad smile on his face, which made Peter's heart clench seeing his little brother in everything but blood in pain and remembered how much Percy has changed. He used to be lively, energetic but now he is closed off and silent and doesn't talk much.

Peter snapped back to reality after a few seconds then remembering what he was going to do."Perce" called out Peter snapping Percy out of his thoughts and said"Yes"

"How did you teleport us, Which so awesome by the way," asked Peter. The others also interested in the answer turned around and looked at Percy, Especially Tony who wondered how He did that because he didn't mention before he could teleport.

 Percy feeling everyone's eyes answer felt a bit uneasy but he still answered the question"I turned myself into vapor and travel through the air"."You can travel through the air, Once again that's awesome Perce" said Peter, and others accepted his answer and continued walking until they reached the living room.

Once everyone settled down Tony assigned them rooms for them to stay in but Steve, Natasha, Clint, Wanda, Rhodhey, Vision had already had rooms after that everyone departed different ways to go get their things and to arrange things and promised to meet for dinner so each one of them had plenty time to do their things.

Peter decided to go wait for Aunt May properly so he left saying a quick goodbye to everyone. Soon only Percy and Tony were left in the room. Tony stood up and said "Come let's show where your room is"and walked into the elevator followed by Percy who was uneasy at being inside an elevator again after Tartarus, He gripped the rails hard which turned his hands. Percy's memories of Tartarus coming back up but he pushed them back.

Tony stared at him but didn't say anything as soon the doors opened Percy jumped out of the elevator and without looking at Tony and said: "I don't like elevators".Tony didn't say anything but just continued walking. Percy signed in relief.

They arrived at Percy's room and Tony showed him and said "You can decorate it the way you want, I don't mind" and patted Percy on the shoulder and walked out saying "See you at dinner"

Percy's Point of View.

The room looked a little plain so I decided to decorate it 

...After some time ...

I looked at the newly decorated room and felt a bit happy. The room was covered in sea blue wallpaper with waves on it like the ocean towards the bottom of the wall. The bed's bedsheets were light blue with little green mixed in it, the bedspread was dark blue with sea green trimmings, a bedside table with a lamp on it. There were two desks one was empty the other had a sea-green laptop with a trident symbol on the cover, a bookshelf with all the books I will need(mostly in Ancient Greek). A 62-inch Plasma Screen with an Xbox (which was already there in the room)along with a white couch with different shades of blue pillows and a small coffee table near the couch, I bought a fish tank asked some fish whether they loved to come with me, Then there were two doors in the room one leading the bathroom and the other to the closet where I have already placed some my clothes there.

I was tired now after Vapour Travelling so many times to bring things into the room. I don't why put so much effort into decorating the room because I didn't want to get attached to them besides Peter needs some happiness in his life and Tony is pretty much like a father to him. So I won't interrupt and ruin things for Peter.

I laid on the bed looking at the ceiling thinking for some time and then closed my eyes wanting to take a nap before dinner comes.
