Skylox: the maid

Chapter 5

Deadlox heard about what was happening with Sky and jack. He angrily pounded his fist on his throne chair. "Guards!" He yelled. he heard his own voice echo throughout the palace and guards came running in. "I want you to get rid of Jack, he has 5 minutes to pack his stuff and get out of here." Deadlox pointed his finger down the hall signaling them to leave. Deadlox leaned back in his chair and smirked to himself.

Jack was in the middle of cleaning a room when the guards came up to him.

"Sir, you have been fired, you have 5 minutes to pack your bags and get out." The guard told him strictly pushing him towards his room.

"Wait, wait! Don't I get a goodbye" he asked.

"Uh, no." The guard said in a more rude tone. The guard shoved Jack into his room. Jack sighed and started packing his stuff. Jack finished packing his stuff and looked around.

"i'm gonna miss this place." He said to himself as he walked out of the room and closed the door behind him.

Sky once again finished his job. He sighed and looked at the room. It looked perfect. He couldn't find a piece of dust anywhere. He then heard the dismissal bell. He smiled and went to go walk up the grand staircase to get to his bedroom. For some reason he didn't see Jack on the way up. Sky shrugged to himself. He must already be in the room. Sky put his room key in the small flat area and saw the red light turn green. He opened the door and saw that all of Jack's stuff was gone. He quickly ran into the room looking around. Everything that was his was gone. And he meant everything. Sky quickly ran out of the room running to Deadlox. Did he do this? If he didn't he must at least know something that happened that involved Jack. He quickly got to Deadlox's throne but noticed he wasn't there. Maybe he was in his bedroom? Sky walked down the hallway and at the end saw a single door. Sky walked up to it and knocked.

"Come in." Sky heard Deadlox's voice call. Sky opened the door and saw Deadlox lying on his bed reading a book.

"Uhh, King Deadlox, I was wondering where Jack was." Sky put his fingers together as he was saying so.

"Jack? That guy? Oh... he got a better job offer." Deadlox lied. 'If he knew that he fired Jack, he would hate him and never forgive him!' Deadlox thought.

"Without saying anything to me" Sky asked. He slumped his head down. "Sorry for interrupting you." Sky said keeping his head slumped down. Deadlox marked his book and put it down on the bed. He got off the bed and walked over to Sky.

"Now Sky, there are much better things in store for you." Deadlox said. He stared into the same buttery eyes he remembered so well the first say he saw . Deadlox couldn';t help it. He needed it. Deadlox put his hands on Sky's waist and pulled him into a kiss.
