The day has finally ended, and Gabriel came to fetch me.
"Oh my God!" Lou exclaimed "He's your brother"
"Never use God's name in spite" I chastised " It's not good. And yes, he is" .
"Sorry. It slipped" she said sheepishly. I forgave her, then I rushed to Gabe.
"I want to talk to you about... you know" I said. He gave a meaningful nod, and thanked Lou for escorting me to him. Lou looked embarrassed and managed a small you're welcome. She was already blushing. Hey, I don't need to be a cherubim to know if someone likes someone.
I was about to get in the cadillac when Lou mouthed: "Call me...." at me.... ar maybe at Gabe... I'm so confused! The ride back was short, and we arrived at our condominium in no time. When I dressed up on simple t-shit that says "We are divine messengers and we rock!" and pajamas and I settled inside Gabe's living room in his suite.
His room was nearly as similar as mine. Nearly...
His was were peppered with angels carrying electric guitars and banners saying: "I'm an archangel! And Proud of it!!!". His kitchen was clean, like he hadn't used it. I began to worry. For us angels to prolong the life of our human form, we must take care of it. Our powers were now limited now that were human, compared to angel form. We must have the right nutrition for our bodies to last long.
When Gabe came out of his bedroom fully dressed, I quickly asked him the question.
"Oh, I'm eating. Don't worry" he waved the question away. "So, what do you want to talk to me about?" he asked. So I told him about the mystery guy and his companions, and pretty much everything that happened to me on this day.
"You have to be careful around that guy. Okay?" he said "If he so much hurts you, he'll have to go down" Gabe said seriously. One strict brother comin' up. But I nodded anyway. After we ate dinner together, I returned to my suite to study. But mortal schools always overwork these students... there are so many of them.
I praise those diligent students who could endure the hardships.....
And I was about to open my trignometry book when I glanced at my bedside clock. It said: 11:59. then 12:00. I don't know what happened next, but I heard the school bell ring for midnight. I don't know what happened next but I quickly fell asleep. And I couldv'e sworn that I saw black wings flutter on my window, and my vision went black.
