I made a portal to school and we parted ways till all my brothers heard Ella Herondale. They all went right behind me and beside me just incase they had to hold me back. "What do you want, Ella Herondale." I said. " Oh nothing; I'm going to beat you this time in training, fray brat." Ella said rudely. " Will see about that Ella." Clarissa stated.

My brothers and I went our separate ways; except Sebastian and me. When we got to rune art I hugged Mrs. Gray and said hello. I went to take a seat next to Sebastian and started sketching. I drew what came to mind and always Mrs. Gray is always impressed by it.

It was time to go to training with Hodge.

"Hello everyone, who will like to go first?" Hodge asked. I raised my hand faster than anyone else did. " Ok Clarissa, who do you want to go up against?" "Ella Herondale." I said bitterly. "Alright, head to the mat." Hodge said in shock. I put both of my seraph blades in my weapons belt, took my jacket off, and put my hair in a bun. I headed to the mat with my brothers already at the corners at the mat.

Ella was already there, known she would lose again. I stood in front of her in fighting form, smirking. I bolted towards her and kicked her leg out from under her. She winced in pain when she fell on her back. Ella got up laughing and said, "You can do better than that, fray." " Oh really I was just getting starting," I said smirking. We fought and fought; 'till Ella was passed out on the mat.

Ella was taken to the nurse by my crush Jace Herondale. Jace is Ella's brother; he is a lot nicer than Ella. Good job Clarissa I'm proud of you but be careful next time. "Ok Hodge, I said." You should use your heal rune to fix your arm. "Ok thanks." I said thankfully. After I healed my arm, I put my jacket back on and grabbed my green messenger bag. Arabelle and I went to Ancient history which is our last class I already new all of it from taking notes and reading the book everyday after school.

Class was over Arabelle and I headed to lunch. Nothing really happened at lunch 'till Ella started yelling at me. I ignored her the whole time till she smacked me across the head. I quickly turn around and hold my blade at her throat. James could see hatred in my eyes. He calmed me down and took the blade away from me.

I walked away from everyone and made a portal to my old home, the apartment that I use to live in. there was no one there except dot was working. I usually visit her in the summer, I said hi to her and hugged her. I headed upstairs to the apartment. It was always the same way it has been. I went to my old bedroom and grabbed some empty sketch books, some clothes, pastel chalk, sketch pencils, paint brushes, books for me to read, and paints. I said goodbye to dot and headed to the New York institute.
