chapter 4

"Where have you been?" Jonathan yelled at me. " I went to the Apartment to grab a few things!" I yelled back. I ran to my room and unpacked everything I got from my old bedroom. There was a soft knock on my bedroom door. "Come in." I said softly. It was Arabelle, "I'm sorry about Jon he didn't mean to." Arabelle said.

"I know he was worried about me." I continued, "I just needed to be alone for a while to cool off." Clarissa said. "I know Ella can get under your skin sometimes but you need to control it." She said. "I'm trying Arabelle its just really hard to."

I got ready for bed with a book in my hand the whole time. My red hair was in to French braids, I was wearing my Hogwarts tank top, some shorts. I finally jumped in bed really tired just laying they're slowly closing my eyes slowly. I woke up a few times with nightmares. Arabelle decided to stay with me for the rest of the night.

It was the next morning all of my brothers were standing around me. Sebastian was waking me up from the terrible nightmare I was having. I guess I was crying my eyes were damp and my throat was hurting badly. I quickly sat up and hugged Sebastian with tears in my eyes. He was calming me down and telling me it was ok.

When they left my room I brushed my red curly hair and got dressed for the day. When I came out of my room everyone just stared at me. "What?" Clarissa asked. " We are just worried about you that's all." Simon said calmly. "I'm fine I just had a bad day that's all" Clarissa said with a book in her hand. She headed to the library down the hall and climbed up a ladder through a secret trapped door that only mother Livia new of that is in the library.

When Clarissa went in she had all of her artwork, her books, a window seat, and a nice murphy bed that has secret compartments. She went to go sit on her window seat, then saw someone outside. "Is that father outside?" Clarissa said to herself. She made a portal to the living room. "James, Father is outside" Clarissa said with her seraph blades in her hand. James called everyone outside to fight their own father and his minions. Jon and Clarissa were in the front side by side. Everyone else surrounded the minions and valentine.

Clarissa bolts towards Valentine with all her might, while the others kill each of the minion shadow hunters. Clarissa was so tired and weak. Jonathan took over till Valentine was almost defeated." You wont get away with this next time." Valentine said firmly; then disappeared. Everyone was in shock what he just said. I was so angry I made a portal to the secret room. James almost jumped in the portal but it closed before he could. "I wondered where she went," Simon said heading back inside the institute.

Mark went into the library to find a book on the third level of the library. When he got up to the third level he saw a door he never saw before. He climbed the ladder that took you to the trap door. When he was at the trap door he opened it and saw Clarissa at the window seat reading. "What is this place?" Mark said out loud not knowing he did. Clarissa looked up quickly, " h - how did you find the the trap door?" Clarissa stuttered in shock. "I came to look for a book and I saw some light near the top shelf, I was carious what it was." Mark said. "You can't tell anyone" Clarissa said shyly. " Okay I promise." Mark said.
