Kengkla doesn't like people.

It's nothing personal. If it were personal, he could muster up something more specific. But he learned years ago that individual relationships aren't worth his time, don't offer enough amusement or value to be worth the frustration of trying to sustain them.

There's no need to form a relationship. Yet, he's willing to do anything to win Techno's heart. It may take months, might even take a year, but it doesn't matter. But Kengkla is willing to wait. He's willing to pretend he cares about Techno's friends. He puts up with Can, ignores Good, and talks with Champ, but pretending to be nice to Type is almost impossible. Everything about him annoys Kengkla.

He had to stop himself from cheering when the other fell and twisted his ankle. It's was wrong to be so happy about someone's misery, but he never thought of himself as a nice guy in the first place. Yet, he played his part well, pouting and frowning until Techno took pity on him.

Type's ankle was sprained. Kengkla was familiar with first aid, considering his family's pharmaceutical business, but Techno was the one to confirm it with his experience as a captain. It was torture for Kengkla to sit through Techno wrapping up Type's ankle and helping him get comfortable on the couch, but he pushed through it, plotting what to do.

He's putting his plan into motion when he walks into Techno's room, glancing around at the generic beach-themed decor. The door is open to the bedroom, which he shuts behind him, but the connected bathroom is locked. The sound of spraying water can be heard behind the locked door, and Kengkla smirks to himself as he takes a seat on the bed. His eyes scan the room, and he notes Techno's clothes and backpack scattered across the room.

Once everyone calmed down about Type's ankle, Techno ordered Champ and Can to go get pizza a few blocks away while Good kept Type company. Technic was nowhere to be found, but Kengkla gave Techno the excuse, "He mentioned something about getting dessert" then quickly texted Technic to pick up snacks on his way back.

Then Techno said he wanted to take a shower to get rid of the sand and water, and Kengkla agreed. But his shower only took a few seconds in the guest bathroom before he snuck into Techno's room, waiting for him.

When Kengkla hears shower shut off, he looks up from the floor at the door in anticipation. There's the sound of someone moving around inside for a few minutes before the handle turns, and Techno appears through the door, toweling off his damp hair. He's dressed in a white robe that's tied securely around his waist, and when he sees Kengkla, his eyes widen and mouth flies open. "Ai' Kla," Technos gasps, and Kengkla can see embarrassment flicker crimson across the other's cheeks.

Techno glances at the closed door then back at Kengkla who looks away from him at the floor. He puts on his best beaten-puppy expression and stares down at his shorts. "P'No, I came to apologize again," Kengkla mutters, softly enough that even Techno a few feet away will barely hear him.

"Is that it?" He hears Techno mutter sarcastically. "Why did I have to wear a robe?"

Kengkla tries not to laugh and bites the inside of his mouth, keeping his expression mournful. "P'No, I am so sorry," He says and glances up to meet Techno's gaze, offering a frown. "I really didn't mean to let P'Type fall and get hurt." If it was on purpose, Type wouldn't have a clue that it was Kengkla. Instead, Kengkla was accused right away.

"Ai' Kla," Techno says, biting his lip while tightening the robe across his waist. "Can't we talk about this later? It's okay. I know you didn't mean to." He laughs awkward and forced with an expression that Kengkla thinks is almost begging. If only Techno was giving him that look in another situation.
