Katie POV:

Travis and I got better. And started a relationship.

It obviously was a huge surprise for the other campers. I mean serious, hard-working Katie Gardener with a trouble making goof, Travis. Although we've had our differences, I wouldn't change our relationship at all. Travis is the guy.  I just know it.

I will always love Travis. And I told him.

FLASHBACK 3 YEARS AGO

We were on a date at the beach, waiting for sundown. We had been dating for a couple months now, and after telling Mary, she was OK about it. She was sincerely sorry, although there will always be a secret resentment for her. I think Mom had a talk with her anyways, which made me scream with glee at the thought of it.

"Hey Travis"

He was spooning me on a picnic blanket his face buried in my hair.

"Mfg?" His voice was muffled by my hair.

"Well remember when we were in the hospital, and um, you said you loved me?"

He turned me round, eyebrows scrunched up.

"Yeah what about it? Sorry if I said it too soon but I was kinda-"

"Well I realised, I never got to say it back."

A wide grin appeared on his face making me smile too.

"So Travis Stoll, a girl officially wants to say this.... I love you with all of my heart, and I want you to promise me that you will always love me too."

"I promise Katie. Till the day I die."

And then we shared a passionate kiss as the sun began to fade.

EXTRA:

"Do you Travis George Stoll take Katie Elizabeth Gardener to be your lawfully wedded wife in sickness and health?"

Hermes questioned, beaming down at us.

"Of course I do. Even though you made me cut back on my pranking, I do." Travis said tears glimmering in the corner of his eyes.

"Do you Katie Elizabeth Gardener take Travis George Stoll to be your lawfully wedded husband in sickness and health?"

"Travis, we were best friends before, but then I developed weird feelings for you and it blossomed into something that will hopefully lead into a family. I will always say I do."

I was full on crying, but my makeup ceased to drip. Thank the Gods for the Aphrodite cabin.

After the rest of the prayers and vows, Hermes finally exclaimed:

"You may kiss the bride."

Travis dipped me down and we kissed with fireworks that had been there for 3 years.

He then took my hand and we ran down the aisle, me throwing my bouquet behind me to hold my skirt up. The screams of the bridesmaids and Connor yelling "OH CRAP MIRANDA!" faded into  the distance as we ran down the pavilions steps.

During the wedding photos, with just us two, Travis put his hand on my stomach.

"The promise of forever is waiting out there with our future kids you know."

"Oh gods parenting with you will be the death of me." I said, rolling my eyes.

Travis started tickling me as the cameras flashed and its been our favourite wedding photo, sitting next to the picture of the twins on the mantle.
