At the moment, we're in Miss Johnson's car. We're heading to Brazoria County, Texas. Miss Johnson is hosting a festival, something like that, in Surfside Beach. "So you rent out the entire beach?" Hoseok asked. "Oh yeah, I don't want other people around while I hold this festival. I even hired people to go early and get everything ready," Miss Johnson informed. For some reason, I felt like she was flexing on us. "Wow, really, how many people are invited?" I asked. "About a hundred people. Isn't it a grand idea? Hosting a festival on the beach so you can have some fun and water time," she seemed proud of her idea. "I'm sure the only festival they know is the ones in their schools, and maybe some annual festivals," my dad said. "What is this festival for?" I asked. "Well, it's like an annual festival. It's celebrating the day I became successful," she said. From the sound of it, I feel like she's the type to brag about her fame. "Does anyone need a bathroom break? We have a two more hours until we get to the beach," she asked. I shot my hand up. "Alrighty, bathroom break for the young lady," she switched lanes. I didn't need the bathroom, I just need time out of the car. I felt more or less cramped in here. When she parked, I got out and Hoseok followed. "I'll be right back," I said. I went to the bathroom to wash up. When I left, I saw that Hoseok was waiting for me. "Why didn't you just walk around and find some snacks?" I asked. "I think we have enough food in the car," he answered. "You're right. Do still you want to wander around?" I asked. "Sure, why not? It seems your dad and Miss Johnson are busy looking at (more) food," he shrugged. We started walking around. Just then I stopped. "Don't you think this is cute?" I asked. I grabbed a stuffed animal off the shelf. It was a unicorn, and it was really chubby. "Do you want it?" he asked. "I don't know... it's twenty dollars," I looked at the price tag. "Twenty dollars is nothing. You need a souvenir either way," he replied. "Nothing, twenty two dollars is nothing?" I asked, "That could feed me for two weeks!" "Whoa, I'm sorry. I didn't know money meant that much to you," he held up his hands, like I was a cop or something. "Just because you're rich," I shook my head in disappointment, "I thought you were better than that." "Oh come on, don't be like that. You know, you're really cute when you're disappointed in me," he said. I gave him a disappointed look. Then I started laughing, "You love it when I'm disappointed in you? That's not something you should be proud of." He chuckled, "Do you still want the fat fluffy unicorn?" "Your choice," I shrugged.
~At the beach~
"Hey, darling. Do you mind doing a quick favor for me?" Miss Johnson stopped me. I was about to go into the bathroom and change clothes. "What is this favor?" I asked. "Well, you see, every time I host a festival, I do a photoshoot with my people I invite over. Your father doesn't like doing photoshoots. Trust me, I know. So I was wondering maybe... you'll be okay doing a photoshoot with me," she explained. "Where will this picture go?" I asked. "Only to the internet where the entire world can see my awesome festival," she answered. So my suspicion was right, she's likes showing off her fame. "Um, I really don't like my body being on the internet," I said, insecurely. "Why not, you have a beautiful body!" she complimented (All of you do, don't come at me). "Come on, please," she was begging like a child. I reluctantly agreed after her continuously begging. "That's great! Here put this on," she shoved clothes into my arm, "I'll be waiting near the shore," she informed. Then she ran off. "I wonder how my dad deals with her begging..." I thought. I went into the stall to change. "This is... see through," I thought. I started to analyze it. "Oh... it's a swimsuit cover up," I said in realization. I put on my swimsuit, and then the cover up.
The cover up:

When I was done changing, I stepped out of the bathroom. Hoseok stepped out at the same time. "When did you get that?" he asked. "Miss Johnson gave it to me. She wanted to have a photoshoot with me," I answered. "A photoshoot? Where are these photos going?" he asked. "To the internet...?" I answered, questionably. "You're a model?" he asked, "I'm proud of you." "You know guys will see me, right?" I reminded. "You're right..." he started thinking, "Don't do the photoshoot!" "It's a bit to late. You can be apart of the photoshoot to cover me up," I suggested. "Good idea, let's go," he grabbed my hand.
~Yesterday~
"Tomorrow Miss Johnson's hosting a festival. At the end of the festival, we'll set up fireworks. You know what that means?" my dad asked. "What?" I asked. "You remember that box?" he asked. "What box?" I asked back. He pointed at his ring finger. "Oh, that box..." I paused. "Wait, you want me to do that tomorrow?" I asked, surprised. "We're not taking any chances so you're going to do it tomorrow," he answered. "But it's out of the blue! I'm not ready," I said. "Come on, be confident! You got this!" he cheered me on.
~Present~
~Night time~
Miss Johnson was passing out fireworks. I noticed that my dad was motioning me. "I'll be right back," I told Hoseok. "I'll be right here," he replied. I went over to my dad. "Did you bring the box?" my dad asked, and I nodded. "Good, take this," he gave me sparklers. "Dad, can you take photos for me?" I asked. I pulled out my phone, and gave it to him. "Alright, let's go," he said. Hoseok and I posed with sparklers. Then we started lighting fireworks. I got my dad to be in some of the photos. "Okay guys, here's the last one! It's the big firework," Miss Johnson held it up. "Let's watch this," I tugged Hoseok. We watched her light it. As the colorful sparks flew out, I started hesitating. "You need to go," I heard. Who was talking to me? The one thing that has been pushing me forward my entire life- nature. I gulped and then went in front of Hoseok. Then I kneeled down, and pulled out the box. The words that I was saying wasn't so clear. I couldn't even hear myself, and I wasn't sure if he even heard me. The fireworks died down, everyone's eyes were on us now. "This isn't fair, I'm supposed to be the one proposing. I should be proposing to you on that trail, from the recording, it was perfect!" Hoseok childishly stomped his foot. "You're ruining my manly pride, babe! My manhood!" I swear I saw my dad pump his fist at those words. "Jung, Hoseok," I said, "Will you marry me? You're the only one I want to be with forever. So tell me, do you want to be with me forever?" It may have been dark but the moonlight made his blushing clear as day. "Yes, I do want to be with you forever," he embraced me at first, but then he pulled me into a kiss. The rest of the world was a blur. All the shouting and whistling was unclear. It felt like there were only two people in the world...
Hoseok and me.
