You had to be there

Tomorrow I Audition

"Mom! Dad!" I yell as we walk into our small apartment. "They aren't here Ave" Cam says as he places his big green jacket on the hook. "I know but I just thought-" he cuts me off "they aren't here Avery! They're never here!" I quickly walk over to Carmon and give him a long hug.He hugs me back tightly. A small pain of hurt enters my stomach, and tears start to flow from my eyes. Good thing my mascara is water resistant. "It's going to be okay. We don't need them"he says as he strokes my hair. "I know"

I sit down at the table and start to eat my chicken and mashed potatoes. Cameron made dinner tonight, I'm glad because when I make dinner it usually ends up being grilled cheese, PB&J, or craft dinner.I'm not the best cook. Cam walks over to the table and places his plate on the table. "Thanks again for making dinner tonight" I eat another piece of the soft juicy chicken. Mmmm. "No problem, I just didn't like feel like having grilled cheese tonight" Cameron laughs and I give him a playful nudge.

After we are done eating we wash the dishes, Cam washes I dry.

After I'm done cleaning up I go over to the couch and pull out my laptop. I start to do my homework, I'm homeschooled I take courses online because I like to spend most my time dancing.

The next day I decide to go to the little kid dance studio and practice my addition dance, harder then I ever have before. Tomorrow I addition. Tomorrow determines my entire dancing career.

Ok guys I know this is a short chapter but I'm getting really excited to write the next one!
