I love Cotton candy frappe!

I walk to the middle of the dance floor with the rest of the dancers, and I'm practically shacking. "Alright as you all know there's a B team if your name isn't called then you will be in B, which means you won't be going to competition this year. Alight here we go, now everyone remember that you all did a phenomenal job good luck." The coach starts reading names off the A list, everyone's faces lighting up at the sound of their name. A girl named Delilah makes it on, but I never saw her tryout. Paces name is called and she smiles she glances at me and I mouth the words congratulations to her, and she thanks me.

Name by name gets called, girls screaming, jumping up and down, and even a few tears shed.

But my name haven't been called, yet.

"Alright and last but not least........Avery Ives!" Wait what did she just say? "Congratulations everyone you can grab the schedule on your way out see you in two days!" I can't believe what just happened. I turn to see Camron smiling ear to ear, I run to him and jump in his arms. I start screaming and freaking out, I think more then Pace did when she got on the team.

"Great job Ave!" Cam says as he sets me down. "Thanks Cam" I smile and turn to see Pace smiling like an idiot. "Um Cam I think I'm gonna hang out with Pace for a while" "Go ahead I'll meet you back at the apartment" "Sure thing, love ya!" "You too! " I hear Camron shout back. When I get back to Pace she smiles, man she smiles a lot.

"Hey Avery congrats on making the team!" "Thanks you to. Want to go to Starbucks and celebrate?" Great idea! Just let me grab my bag" "kk".

But when she comes back she has my brother and hers at her side, "yeah so apparently Jacob is going to you place with your brother" Pace says with a smile and rolls her eyes. "Sounds like a plan!" We leave the studio and grab a schedule on our way out.

"Mmmmmm" Pace mumbles as she takes a sip of her Cotten candy frappe, just like mine.

"I love cotton candy frappe!" we sync. "Jinx" we both yell then start laughing.

"I'm so glade you made the team! It's gonna be so much more fun with you there!" "Um yeah totally!" Pace says that with a guilty voice. She's hiding something, and I want to find out what.
