After what seemed like eternity, Diana broke the silence and said,"You know why". Sam finally looked up. Diana was now crying. Not like a full out sob, no she was too tough to let anyone see her sob, but more like silent tears streaming down her face. Great, Sam thought. I came in here to make her feel better but now I made her cry. You're such a great therapist ,Sam, he thought. "Hey, I didn't mean nothing, Diana," he consolidated. "Yeah, well I think we're done here,"she said, indicating with her finger toward the door. "Okay well, see you later," Sam said, while going out of her room. And as soon as he stepped out into the hallway, Diana got off her bed and shut the door behind him, ending Sam's brief career as a therapist.
