Saving Hyrule

~2 hours later~

I shyly look up at Link. He looks so... happy... I nod. In my head I know though that it won't happen. Something would go wrong...

If you are wondering what I mean, then I guess I must tell you. He had just told me to adventure Hyrule with him. I knew my time was limited though...or was I just....suspicious of nothing wrong happening yet?

He looked down at the soiled ground.We were at the edge of the forest. I hope he is good with a sword...

"I have to go to... Kakiriko village next...." He stated. I'm guessing he invited me along because he knows he will be lonely. "I hope I can go... it's just... well.. I haven't seen any monsters recently and they should be after me...."

I gasp. Everything comes back to me like a horrible nightmare. Cloaked in black, someone appears. "Go to Ordon Village" they say. It's a whisper but it sounds like she shrieked it right in my ear. I run on. my cloak hangs to me. The world is pelting me with tears. I wipe water off of my face. A root suddenly looks at me, waiting for the kill. I trip. I almost scream, but luckily, in time I clasp a hand over my mouth. Silent tears crawl down my face. I try to get up but get knocked back down. Its the person that spoke to me earlier. They lightly stab their sword into my flesh. Her eyes look sullen. She whispers "go along with it.." . I normally don't trust strangers trying to stab me, but right now I didn't have a choice. Evil beings lingered near my body listening to the lady. I close my eyes another tear rolling down my face. The monsters carry her away. I guess they get mad because the lady "killed" me. I look into her brave clouded eyes. And run. I ran for my life. I ran for Hyrule. I ran for other things too, but I didn't know them yet. My own blood trickled down my back. I passed out in front of a village.....

Link was holding my head up. He wiped a tear off of my cheek. When he saw my eyes open he blushed. "y-you fainted." He stammered. I smiled at him. "don't worry, it's nothing." I said.

But I didn't feel into it. Because I knew it wasn't nothing.
