She just sat there, eyes wide, mouth shut, tears cleaning her rosy cheeks. I despised of James, but now I felt bad. He just wanted a family, and he nearly had it. Well, his girlfriend had had the children, but he never got to meet them. I think Rose was scared of being alone more than anything. She was only eighteen, and needed a job, and food.
I had to carry her upstairs to her room, and tuck her in. She was shaking,her tiny hands quivering. It didn't take long for her to fall asleep. When she drifted off, I shut the door and went back downstairs. With a glass of water, I sat down in the armchair, and put the TV on. It was still the news.
"Eighteen year old Rose is still missing, after disappearing 6 months ago. Police are still requiring details from any one who may know where she is."
I froze. I hadn't told anyone. Should I? My phone was,left on speed dial. I typed in the number.
"Hello? I have the missing girl. I found Rose."
