Rosé POV

"Hey babe," I say sitting down on the soft grass. In front of me sits a large grey tombstone that reads:

Internationally Beloved Father, Husband, and Friend

"Today's a big day. I'm sure you know though. The girls are so excited to debut. I still can't believe they managed to get into a group together!" I shake my head and smile, happy that our girls are achieving their dreams. "They're upset that you aren't going to see it but I keep telling them you will." I gently rub the grass under me as a few tears start to stream down my cheeks. I shake my head vigorously, "So the funniest thing happened last week. We were all over at Greg and Jennie's when Chester says 'I'm going to become a rapper!' Greg's face lit up and he was all excited and then Chester says, 'Yeah, just like Uncle Y/N!' We all died as Greg started going on about how he was an award-winning rapper too and Chester just tells him, 'Yeah but Uncle Y/N was better.' It was so funny; you would've loved it." I pause again, my smile fading. "I miss you so much, Y/N," I say, starting to sob uncontrollably, "I was supposed to be your angel, not the other way around." My face drops down as I hug my knees. I feel hands rest on my shoulders and look up to see Piper and Robin sitting down on either side of me. I smile at them as they rest their heads on my shoulders and we all stare at the tombstone.

"Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you," Piper begins to sing softly before Robin and I join in, "Happy birthday dear Dad, happy birthday to you."

We all sit in silence at the gravesite for a little while until it's time for us to go so Piper and Robin can get ready for their group's debut performance tonight, they both slowly get up and gently kiss the tombstone, saying goodbye to the father before walking back to the car. I gently rise onto my knees and rest my hand and forehead on the tombstone, "I love you so much, Y/N. I always have, and I always will. I hope you're enjoying your time performing with the greatest artists of all time up there. I can't wait for you to introduce me. Until then, I see you at the girls show. Bye, babe." I gently kiss the tombstone, one final tear from my eyes landing on it as I get up and walk to the car and drive away.
