Brendon's POV
I looked up at Ryan with tears in my eyes.
"I'm so sorry, I really tried to help her, I'm sorry!" Ryan said to me.
"Ryan, what did they do to her?" I asked, trying to calm my anxiety down.
"I can't say, it's so awful."
"You'll tell me eventually though, right?"
"Faith should tell you herself."
I nodded as the tears spilled over. I opened my mouth to say something but closed it when one of the cops got behind Ryan and handcuffed him.
"What no! He's helping us! He's on our side now!"
One of the cops looked at me, "We'll figure out the charged once she's found and all the evidence is collected."
The officer who handcuffed Ryan read him his rights and put him in the police car. I sighed and looked over at Tyler, who was crying in his hands.
Faith's POV
Where is Ryan? I thought to myself as I woke up with my head hurting. I was still in the van sitting on the chair that they strapped me to. Two men were sitting up front. I just remember waking up and the police were there. But one of the men snatched me from the police. Ryan wasn't even here though.
"Are you awake, princess?" one of the men asked.
I looked down and nodded my head. The man reached back and stroked cheek.
"Alright, sweetheart, we have a perfect place for you."
They drove for about another 2 hours before stopping at a hotel. One of them went to go get a room while the other stayed with me. Then the snuck me in through a back door into the small room with a bed and a couch. One got on the bed and the other got on the couch, they handcuffed me to the bedpost.
Jordan's POV
The next day I woke up with tear stains on my cheeks. I thought about Faith. She must be going through hell right now. I just want Faith back. I heard a knock on my door.
"Come in," I said unenthusiastically.
The door opened and Josh walked in, sitting down on the end of my bed.
"Do you like Faith?"
"What-? No!" I stammered out, laughing awkwardly.
Sure, I like Faith as a friend but I obviously didn't like her more than that. I mean, I cared about her well-being but I don't have I crush on her.
"Well-I mean I like her but it's not like that"
"Are you positive?"
"Yes."
"Jordan, let me tell you something, I'm not one to push on these type of things, but I'm your brother. I know things about you, I know how you act. How you act when you're happy, when you're sad, when you're around someone you like. You can trust me, Jordan," Josh reached over and grabbed my hand. "I know things have been hard with Faith being kidnapped and not knowing what's happening to her. I mean, I know you were crying last night. It's quite obvious that you care about her."
I sighed, "You're right, I care about her so much. I was the one who helped her when I saw her c-shoot, I said too much."
"Jordan, what were you going to say?" Josh asked carefully.
"Nothing ok! It's none of your business!"
"Ok, ok, we'll talk later."
Josh quickly got up and stepped out of my room. I groaned in anger and punched my pillow. I threw my self onto my bed and threw my pillow at the wall. I let out a sob. This was none of his business. Why did Josh interrogate me about her? It's my business what goes on with Faith and I. Faith is going to be the one to tell people she self-harms when she's ready. I clutched my bedsheets and cried into them with all I had left in me. It was my fault she was kidnapped. It's my fault she's going through this. I told her I would always be there to protect her, I wasn't even there for her when she needed me the most. I had to be the one who saved her.
